I love this seasoning. I love the sharp acid of strong vinegar in salt and vinegar kettle chips, so I like how the vinegar flavor comes through. I'm looking to cut back on my calories and bought this to go on popcorn. I occasionally have wild cravings for that incredibly strong flavor, and I'm so thrilled that this seasoning satisfies that craving easily. I'm also pleased that I've found an incredibly affordable snack that requires no work and is (to my palette) better than store bought.
I would however recommend an amount of caution: the seasoning is very fine so A) it comes out quickly and B) it is easy to accidentally inhale, a much less pleasant experience than eating it.
I have eaten enough of this tonight that my tongue has gone mildly numb. I am in heaven. Highly recommend.

I picked this up to flavor popcorn, as I'd had some most excellent salt and vinegar popcorn that was sold out the next time I tried to buy some. When I researched, powders were listed as the best DIY popcorn seasoning, but I was skeptical of the idea of a vinegar powder to season fries working.

So I picked this up, fretting about the size even though it was an excellent value. I had the first opportunity to try it on Five Guys' fries, and wow, what a game changer. Instead of dousing the fries in malt vinegar, I sprinkled this on and fell in love. The vinegar punch is there without overwhelming any food it is sprinkled on, yet it doesn't take over the flavor of what it is seasoning. And no mushy fries, yay!

It worked brilliantly on the popcorn. A tiny bit of butter and a gentle shake of this and I have a fairly low calorie snack.

If you're interested in using this on more than fries, here is my breakdown of what I did and how it turned out. As always, YMMV.

Popcorn. 5/5 stars. I microwaved some Orville Redenbacher in a cuisinart popcorn maker, coated lightly with butter and sprinkled this on. A quick shake of the popcorn in the bowl and it tasted phenomenal.

Chicken wings. 4.5/5 stars. Roasted some chicken wings in the oven, pulled them out and seasoned with a sprinkle. Next time I think I'll do a rub before putting the wings in.

Corn. 3.5/5. Microwaved a steamer bag, added butter and a small sprinkle. Not the best canvas for the flavor.

I will be experimenting more and will be buying other options.

I bought this seasoning for popcorn and chicken wings hoping it would be the same flavor as your general salt and vinegar chips and Blue Diamond Almonds. This seasoning does not stack up. It is very powdery, so much so that as you sprinkle it on your food you inevitably end up inhaling some which sends you into a coughing fit. It did not pack a punch on popcorn and was barely noticeable on wings despite using what I would consider an excessive amount. I tried seasoning the wings before cooking and couldn't taste it at all so I added more at the end, and more and more. Sorry to say but I ended up throwing the bottle out. Needs less powdery dust and more heavily granulated salt/vinegar flavor.
