great for sensitive skin

I was told that I have rosacea, but I am not convinced. I purchased this to see if it would help vs taking the harsh prescription cream and antibiotics. Upon nearing 40, my skin began acting up....more redness and breakouts that I could match to specific times in my cycle. Although, I felt much of this was hormonal, the derm dismissed this and immediately felt rosacea. Either way, I began incorporating this into my routine.....wash with tea tree oil face wash, this serum, and moisturize with a basic simple ingredient moisturizer. I did notice improvement, but it also had been quite some time since I was diligent with my skincare routine, so I am not sure if it was this alone or all of it combined. I also became more consistent in taking a zinc supplement and did my best at hydrating and drinking green tea. The biggest win for me was that this seemed to REALLY help tone down the oiliness of my skin (which was new to me nearing 40/never and issue since being a teen), specifically 10 days before my cycle. I think that the reduced oiliness helped curb the breakouts. I think this product would be helpful to any skincare routine.

I have dry skin and found this serum too drying for my face, I was considering returning it until I discovered how well it worked on my armpits! It cleared the dark spots and rough razor bumps very quickly. Using it once a day on my armpits even for just 4 days made a drastic difference. You don't need a lot,just the amount you squeeze with the top. I add it with my body lotion and rub it into my armpits. It worked better than any scrubs or soaps I used on my armpits to clear the dark spots and rough bumps. I am going to keep using it and get more!
This was a pleasant surprise! I think if you have oily or combination skin it won't be too drying, or possibly add some oil if your skin is dry, I will be continuing to use it on my armpits haha.

I found this brand when a higher priced brand I was using was discontinued. I like this brand so much, I’ve tried their other products as well. All have a nice consistency, lack of fragrance and purity I like.
Azeleic acid works better than anything I’ve used for stubborn blemishes. It takes about 4-6 weeks using twice daily but it works on blemishes that nothing else could clear in 6 months. It’s not drying either.
Highly recommend.

I usually use 10% azelaic acid from the Ordinary and it works like magic. I put it on at bedtime and I wake up the next morning looking like someone who doesn't have rosacea. There are things I don't like about the ordinary formulation though, and with all the good reviews this serum has, I was excited to try it!

I have mild-moderate rosacea and the occasional large, deep pimple on my forehead, temple, or chin.

The only thing I like about this stuff is that it didn't sting, but it also didn't do anything for my rosacea, so I think there's probably a correlation there...

I tried it for 3 nights, once under the rosehip oil I use as moisturizer, once over the rosehip oil, once by itself. All 3 days I just had really greasy skin and no improvement in my rosacea, and by the 3rd day I was getting whiteheads around my nose and cheeks, which I normally never have. I've had "purging" happen before, but that usually just brings any of the deep pimples developing under my skin to the surface all at once, doesn't give me new problems I normally don't have..

So idk if I just got a bad bottle or what, but this did nothing but make my skin worse, so hard pass from me :(

Where has this been all my life. Best product for my rosacea I've used. It cleared up within a week, I'm just over a month using this and I've had no breakouts, my rosacea has calmed dramatically, pores have decreased in size, I get less and less gunk out of my pores, better even skin tone... when this first came I was abit dubious as the packaging looked abit cheap, and I did think to myself I've bought a cheap naff product that's had fake reviews to hype it up. But how wrong was I, this serum is fantastic and has cleared my skin up to the point that I'm not feeling uncomfortable about my bare skin being on show as it used to get quite anxious before.
