Wild harvested Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus Obliquus) powder
This jar contains 1.8 oz (50g) of 100% wild harvested Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus Obliquus) Powder. It has 7% Beta-glucans and has no fillers, Gluten-Free, and Non-GMO. As far as I can tell from the actual packaging, they simply dried the mushrooms and powdered them. The powder is dark and tastes toasted and earthy. I've not actually had chaga before, so I don't know if this is "as expected" or not. I add it to foods or green drinks. Serving size is 1/2 tsp and there are 50 servings in the jar.

The only thing missing from the label is certifications/badges for cGMP and/or 3rd Party Lab Tested. These badges/certifications would probably have this product near to a 5 star rating.
Still, I find this to be an exceptional offering of Chaga Mushroom powder. Chaga Mushroom is one of the group of mushrooms that I consume daily (in supplement or powder form). It looks and tastes exactly as expected. Accordingly, it earns a 4.75+ star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

There is much to like about this mushroom powder. They note on the product label that it contains 7% bera-glucans (one of the compounds found in mushrooms that may offer potential health benefits, like boosting immune systems, cardiovascular and cellular energy management). The ingredient list states that it has 100% dried wild chaga mushrooms, in fact: "Wild harvested in the Baltic region, Europe". No additional fillers.Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2021

Beta glucans and immunity 🙏

I’m a big believer in mushrooms for health, and I regularly take a blend of mushrooms in supplement form or I’ll rotate the different varieties and take one each month. I also cook with them. They are adaptogens for stress and immune system support and also benefit the heart . And they are natural. So I’m excited to try this powder, and I also use shiitake powder. But I was hoping to sprinkle this on my meals and eat it , but it seems that it is best served in hot water as this is part of the extraction process of reaping the most benefits. So it works well with my teas and honey, I just add it to the basket and let it steep. The high beta-glucans are the prize here, and mushrooms are one of the best sources.
