Excellent Read for Anyone Who Wants to Free Time, Energy, and Headspace - in a Heart-Based Way
I had the privilege of being an early reader for this book and cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone who is looking to create more time, free up more energy, and work smarter.A key idea of the book is, "Time isn't money, it is life force."This epitomizes Jenny's approach to business: we don't have to hustle, grind it out, or trade time for money. There is a new way of working (and living) to create more joy and ease, and Jenny helps us to do so within this book. One of my favorite chapters of the book is called, "What's Your Wifi Password?" This chapter invites us to think about the things we do over and over again (for example: trying to remember, and then find, our WiFi passwords - or, in my case, any passwords at all), and then thinking about ways to streamline them in order to make our lives easier. Simple, but brilliant. In addition to the content within, the physical book is gorgeous: hard cover, spot color throughout, and the most incredible hot orange bookmark!A great read that is packed with actionable ideas, joyful stories, and beautiful visuals. A book that I can't wait to revisit anytime I'm feeling conflict related to my calendar (which is often) or in need of a boost of inspiration around how to work smarter and in a way that feels more free.

As a heart-centered entrepreneur I wish I would have had the wisdom from this book before I left my job and jumped into a life of entrepreneurship so I could have set my business up with systems, processes and efficiencies Jenny Blake so generously shares. As with her previous works including Pivot, Jenny once again lays out a thoughtful, practical, and insightful approach to a life of entrepreneurship that doesn’t succumb to the pressures of hustle culture. She explains the importance of creating systems and processes in small heart-based businesses and how they can free up time that can be used to do the things that actually bring us joy in life. She then provides a step-by-step approach that even the least organized of us can follow and implement, and generously shares specific tools and resources that she’s tested and that have worked, taking the guesswork and frustration out of trying to figure out how to actually put her advice into practice. This book is for anyone who wants to live a life of entrepreneurship that is rich and fulfilling and allows for down time, rest, and fun as opposed to the outdated approaches that almost always lead to burnout.

Jenny, I have been raving about this book to everyone I know, and I just pulled it to use in our leadership teaching curriculum this year. I hope you know how fabulous this book is.

What I love most about this book is how YOU it is — you have designed it and written it so thoughtfully and so clearly that it is a knockout. It's helpful to people on so many levels, and SO organized that I can go back and find exactly what I need.

I don’t know if I knew how much I needed this book. I usually read an entire book before having a guest on the show or inviting someone, but I am post-it notes and highlights deep in the ALIGN section that I think I’ll be reading and using this book as my map for all of the year ahead.

Thank you for writing this book.

If anyone out there is a stressed out business owner, freelancer, or creative entrepreneur, buy this book. This is a map for doing work differently, eliminating hustle, and beginning to implement systems in your business that create more time, ease, freedom, and flow.

This book is exactly what I needed. For those of you that are successful, but wondering why you're not happy - read this book! It's a wonderful, practical reminder of what it means to actually slow down and "free your time." The whole reason I scaled my business was to have MORE time...once I got here, I became increasingly disappointed at how that's not happening. Now, I'm motivated to automate more, lay down solid/efficient systems and put my brain on paper so anyone can take over at any time. Thank you, Jenny! Your voice is genuine, relatable and encouraging. I needed to hear from someone who wants the same life I want. :)

YAY! My hardback book got here and now I can read it and mark it up! I was able to listen to the audiobook earlier this month and played back some of the chapters multiple times. My "Delightfully Tiny Team" has been energized by the changes we're making based on what I learned from Jenny's book. As always, we're learning, but the processes and systems that we're getting set up are going to help me refine the ways I am able to serve my clients - and help me let go of some of the control... I've bought multiple copies of this book already for folks and have recommended it in a number of the groups I facilitate. P.S. The book is beautiful - great paper, fun design, and all kinds of special touches like a ribbon (A RIBBON) and shiny foil on the cover. Fun touches and much appreciated!

I can't remember the last time I read a book so immediately useful. I work at a large company, so my days are swamped with meetings, emails, and projects. For every hour I put into reading this book, I feel like I got 7 hours back!

Here are my three favorite takeaways:

1. I think I'm delegating enough. I'm not.

2. Instead of writing the same 3 paragraphs back to new customers when they ask me the same question, I should use an auto response. Better yet, I new use a "text expander" that auto populates those three paragraphs simply by typing three keystrokes. Wait, what?! Yes, really!

3. Whenever someone on my team improves a process, have them write it down in a process doc. If they get whisked off to Fiji, we want that documented for the next person. We shouldn't waste time and reinvent the wheel.

This book is warm, heart-based, smart, and practical. It drives home the power of delightfully tiny teams, and it's simply delightful in general.
