 Product broke after only 3 months of use. I contacted the seller, Amazon , and manufacturer, all unwilling to help. They are all completely happy to be selling $300+ products that break within a few months of normal use.

For reference, I had been using the mask a couple nights a week, cleaning and storing it as the instructions advise.

Don’t waste your money.

Whenever there is an "at home" spa item I always wonder "am I going to use this?" "how complicated is this?" "will I really get results?"

So those are my concerns, but I saw this felt called to try it and ordered it. I am SO SO happy I did. I have been a) using it non stop. b) didn't have ANY issues putting it on and setting up. c) YES RESULTS.

As soon as the light went on, I felt peaceful. Like I was laying under the sun and receiving the benefits of sun bathing or being on the beach. That calm serene feeling is actually way more beneficial then advertised.

It's so well made and even has several plugs to take when you travel making this the perfect item to bring on a vacation. It's a non-invasive supplement for your mood and skin essentially. I did see a little glow on my skin but I don't know if that's coming from my inner peace or the benefits it gives to the skin. I think both.

Overall I am so so happy with the ease of this, the details and comfort and the design couldn't be better. I also use the eye patches which I am happy are included in the package.

Definitely consider this a YES and even though I am using it in the summer the real joy will be winter time to feel like I am getting the sun in my bed whenever I want!!! LOVE it.

So I bought this because I have little time and wanted to combine my biohacking with work hours so I could do this more often. My plan was to use this with my portable sauna and or yoga. It’s not great. The mask is pretty uncomfortable no matter how you adjust it - pulling into my forehead and pushing on my top lip, and it’s barely fastened. Also, there’s no way on gods green earth you’re doing anything with this on, like read, watch YouTube, etc. or work because you can’t see anything. The whole reason I didn’t get stand up lights is because I didn’t want to take a break for it, but that’s the only way.

Debating if I should wait to see if I see any results, or send it back to get something way cheaper since this is so disappointing in design

Would have liked the velcro adjustment and strap configuration to have provided more length adjustment. At full adjustment, it puts a lot of pressure on my cheek bones. The mask is on the heavy side, so I get the engineering problem. Laying my head back somewhat fixes the problem, but not ideal, at all. The charge lasts for many sessions, so that's nice. So far, it works nice; I just wish the fit was nicer.

I have done a lot of research into LED masks and have never heard of this happening with anyone. And sadly, the picture does not even represent 50% of how badly this mask burned my skin. Apart from the redness and rash, I am also very swollen and my face itches like crazy.

I used the mask ONE TIME for 10 minutes, followed instructions exactly and used it on clean, dry skin. This happened five days ago, and even though I've been putting every possible ointment I could think of, my skin is still extremely red and irritated. I cannot even cover it with makeup, it is that bad.

Obviously I am returning the mask, and because I purchased it through Amazon, return is easy. But the worst part for me is that I contacted HigherDose immediately after this happened. The phone number listed just gives an automated message where you can leave your name and number for someone to get back to you. I did that, and also emailed them. This was four days ago, and as of now NOBODY has gotten back to me.

Upon reading the reviews I noticed there's another person who reported getting burned. Out of less than 100 reviews, that's not a good track record! This is a dangerous product with horrible customer service, and I hope Amazon pulls it from their store. Save your skin and go with a different brand!
