handle nameplates fell off after first dive
Glue used for "Cressi" and "alligator" nameplates on the handle must not be waterproof. One fell off and others started to curl up after first (freshwater) dive. See pics. Obviously this doesn't affect the function, but I did expect a higher quality product from Cressi.

These are great! On item to have on you when you dive verses multiple items. They actually have an edge on them, which is nice since most dive knives are very dull. These are perfect for use when it's important to cut rope, etc. while diving. We used ours on a clean up dive and they are on out must have tool list!

In over 40 years of diving the number of times I've used my knife are few. Generally dive knives aren't the sharpest and really not made for what most use them for, which is cutting line (fishing, polypro, netting). This is why I always kept EMT scissors in my BC pocket, which allows me to snip through most anything. This dive knife / scissor combo is exactly what I have been looking for. The way the case is made allows for installation right on your BC. It is on the larger side for a tool, but it isn't cumbersome. This is definitely way better than just a dive knife. 5-stars.

Muy bien producto y muy fácil de montar y de utilizar, versátil al ser tijeras y cuchillo al tiempo. Lo único es muy propenso al óxido, un buceo y ya tenía marcas pero con un buen cuidado durará años

I've only just started scuba diving so I have not had to use these underwater yet. I'll try to update this once I have. But, I did try them out on land. The knife is sharp, the shears work very well. The sheath is solid and locks the knife in place quite securely. I don't want to need this while diving but I feel safer knowing I have it with me

    Cons
After a few uses, the clip holding the knife and scissors together broke. The packaging came with strange mounting options and no instructions.

    Pros
Scissors work well for cutting sharp fins off while cleaning fish. The descaling capabilities are good enough too. I have a little rust on the blade, but I never clean it and it's been on a lot of long dives so I'm impressed.

Overall, it's fine but there are better and cheaper dive knives that actually come with mounting gear.

Great for cutting right trough monofilament fishing line. Beats using a standard Divers Knife. Worth the cost.

    Returned:
    PROS:
    - I love the general “two tools in one” idea
    - I love the spring on the scissors
    - Really wanted to love these
    CONS:
    - As others have said:
    - 1. SHOWSTOPPER: The tool is incredibly difficult to take out of its holster. You need to press down hard on the 2 tabs with your thumbs and then somehow slide it out. Bad design. Unless you have 3 hands, then it could work
    - Second and most critical of all - it's not symmetrical. .l. THERE'S ONLY 1 side possible to insert the knife into the sheath. if you try the other side, the blade will get in - BUT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT - almost impossible really - and if you succeed, the releasing damages the sheath's release plastic and debris will start releasing from the plastic - because of the very sharp edge rubbing the soft plastic. this is a serious, and stupid, design flaw
    - 2. Mounting is hard to backplate straps
    - 3. The plastic labels are glued on and were coming off even before I unpacked the item.

A litter smaller than I expected. Seems sharp. I bought for Lionfish and have not had opportunity to use it yet. Seems sharp out of the package but could be sharper. Easy to remove from sheath and re-insert. comes with velcro and hose mount options. Good buy and should do the trick. We shall see how it holds up to salt water.
