Sexy As Sin

Sexy as Sin is a standalone and second chance MC romance set in the Underworld Kings universe. There's another element, but I don't want to spoil the story by revealing it. Although this is my second read, I enjoy the Underworld Kings' universe. And I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the books! Recently, I've taken up a liking to MC romances, and I hope to read more of this subgenre/trope. And I was so happy when I realized that this book is an MC romance!! Personally, Willow Winters' world and characters' arc building up is phenomenal! Her novels are a quick read; they are addictive, and you can easily get hooked, leaving you to want so much more. And this was the case for this amazing steamy read! Great characters and storyline; I liked the flow of events as they unravelled. Mainly navigated from the main characters' perspectives: Kat and Cillian. However, there's also a third character's perspective, and believe me, it was a wildcard! Even though they are young, Kat and Cillian experienced a lot in their lives: betrayal, anguish, hopelessness, loneliness and heartbreak. I don't want to give away too many spoilers, but basically, Cillian is a member of an MC club and Kat is his high school sweetheart. They loved each other fiercely; Kat and Cillian are each others' "ride or die". When an unfortunate incident occurred, Cillian had to serve time behind bars, and indirectly, Kat had a connection to this incident. Fast forward to four years later, Kat is heavy with guilt; it wasn't her fault but, it doesn't lessen the pain or make the guilt go away. Serving his time Cillian, is released from prison, and he has every intention of getting his girl back. Will Cillian and Kat get their second chance and have their HEA? “Sexy As Sin” is a second chance at love with a raging storm of emotions and secrets. Friendship, betrayal, an unexpected twist, molten-passionate romance, and life-alerting changes kept me flipping pages until the end. Cillian and Kat were in love with plans for their future. Fate jolts their happiness away when Cillian goes to prison for a crime he did not do. Four years apart prove they have changed. Danger and secrets long buried threaten to keep them from their happy forever. Soul-stirring, well-written read. Characters spring to life with vivid scene descriptions and backstories bring you closer to them. Unconditional love is present in this read. The author does a great job portraying life in an MC. Relishing this read. I voluntarily reviewed a pre-release copy.

Sexy as Sin is Willows first MC Romance. The story is about Kat and Cillian, high school sweethearts. They were together until Cillian took the fall for his MC and went to prison for 4 years. While in prison Cillian’s best friend Reed, looks out for Kat. When Cillian gets released there is a lot of tension between all three. I don’t want to say much more and give it all away. This book has twists that you never see coming. I wished it was a little longer. You’ll have to read it to see how it all plays out. I would recommend this to anyone who loves second chance Romance. I received and ARC.
