This item is not returnable so make sure you are confident with it before purchasing. I didn’t realize it is not a returnable item so now I’m stuck with it. First off the taste is quite interesting. It’s tart and has an aftertaste. My mistake, but I didn’t realize it has so much caffeine in it so I’m not sure it is the product for me. I suffer from high BP and don’t need extra factors to add to that. I’ve only used it once (I had a hard time finishing the 8 oz because of the taste) so I’m not sure about the fact to make me feel full to aid with appetite suppressing. The flavor and high caffeine content are big turn off factors for me. I wish I hadn’t bought it.
