Chronic Pain Subsided

Chronic Pain Subsided
I have a middle finger sprain for 4-5 weeks and it was not healing. I would use a large ice pack occasionally, but it was not improving. So, I bought your gel pack, and my finger has improved in 5 days. I cannot leave it on long – not a full minute – so I pulse it for 30 sec on and then off. Several times. However, I do worry of the fragility of the plastic that houses the gel – seems like it could tear unless one is very careful. I like how it slides on/off easily. Thanks for product!

3.0 out of 5 stars Great Product, but Quality Issues
Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2020
I’ve had Penguin Fingers before, and lost them so I wanted to buy new ones. Sadly, these have significant quality issues. I returned my first pair to Amazon because there was a hole in one of the packs, and the new pair they sent me is about to tear as well. The plastic is bunched up, limiting the ability to slide on and off the finger (see photo).

As far as functioning as intended- yes they’re great. Finger ice packs are awesome and I love that they surround the finger with cold. They truly do help with the pain, and I’m glad I have them. But given that this is the second pair in a row with quality issues, I would likely go with a different brand next time.
