I love nootropics, trying to find the combination of supplements that work for me to optimize mental performance. It can be expensive and sometimes disheartening to keep trying various products only to find little or no change in mental acuity, memory, or cognitive performance. After a month of tinkering with my supplement stack, I have found what works WONDERFULLY for me with Genius Mindfulness. Hopefully this review may help you too.
My background: I am a mindfulness coach, I do an hour or more of meditation daily, workout full body 4 times a week and get 30 minutes of cardio on the off days, and even with clean nutrition, (no fast food, little processed sugar, no dairy, minimal wheat/gluten, primarily pescatarian/vegan) and adequate sleep I was still having brain fog and just feeling a lack of concentration and motivation overall.
When I took Genius Mindfulness in the morning with coffee and with Genius Burn, I felt overstimulated - not like caffeine jitters, but just not the calm state of motivated focus I was looking for.
Here is what I found works for me: taking Genius Burn first thing in the morning with a glass of warm lemon water, along with probiotics and my other supplements, then an hour or two later taking Genius Mindfulness (this product) with my first meal or with a green tea latte or whatever I'm drinking at the time. I often do intermittent fasting too, and find that delaying eating boosts the effects of this product as well (for me). When I overload my body with other things, the effects of calm focus and quick mental performance get lost in the mix of food/drink/suppliments.
Changing the time of day and what I took Genius Mindfulness with made all the difference for me. I also cut out coffee (even tho I love it so much!) as I found I no longer need the caffeine rush to power through my day. It actually was more of a habit to drink coffee and the overstimulation from the caffeine was making it even harder to concentrate. Now, I can set a list of items to focus on and it feels effortless to complete each task. Seriously, this product is a game changer in what I accomplish and the effects last the full day. I feel focused but relaxed, as it should be! I hope everyone who tries Genius Mindfulness is able to find the time of day and lifestyle changes they need to step into greater productivity and accomplishment while remaining relaxed and happy. Now I'm not saying this is a magic pill that will give you ultimate control over your stress & problems BUT it is a great supplement to reach this goal. Practicing meditation daily as well as other healthy habits with this supplement helped me achieve a better self; Mindfulness was a great foundation & a strong motivator for this goal.
Also, I didn't experience any negative effects while using this supplement and took it with a meal each day as described on the bottle.

Genius Mindfulness, plain and simple, has had me more mindful throughout my days. After about a week of use, I've noticed I'm able to reach the state of meditation much quicker than I did prior to taking this supplement consistently. Moreover, I feel my my focus, learning abilities, and social skills have improved. The two ingredients in it that I had never tried (Blueberry Blend Extract & Coffee Fruit Extract) seemed to work great in combination with Ashwagandha for overall awareness of my own thoughts & stress response which allowed me to alter the way I perceived these cognitions and vary them to my own preference.
