Great features for kids up to age 13/14. I thought my oldest at age 11 would be too old, but I was wrong. It's a watch but also a chore tracker, step counter, and goal setter. My kids love it and are motivated to meet their goals with this watch.

My 6 year old got this as a Christmas gift because he loves to watch me track my fitness on my gaming watch. It's such a big hit. He barely takes it off. He gets so excited to reach his goals each day. Great product. Easy to use and lots of fun.

Awesome for my son

My kids had had another brand fitness tracker watch and weren't fans. They hated having to take it off and charge it every night. I'm thankful it stays on them as they are prone to lose things. I also like that it tracks activity and sleep. I can set chores with alarms and can set rewards for completing them. I like the mix between old school (regular battery) and modern (fitness, chore, activity trackers).

Love it

My son (5 yr) really wanted a watch like mine and he absolutely loves it.  I do wish the screen was a little brighter, it is kind of hard to see at times.  I also wish there was a way to choose what activity he is doing, we bike a lot and i currently just update the activity on the app.

Love overall

I love this tracker but you can't change the band and what happens when the band breaks ??? And it doesn't light up which makes it impossible to see at night.

Love it but

I bought this watch for my 7 year old daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves the watch's app that provides awards for activity and doing chores. She's becoming aware of her daily activity in a healthy way. I'm happy to see her finally doing her chores. My only complaint is how dark the screen is. I have to use a flashlight to view. My daughter agrees is the worst part of the watch. I would consider other options before buying this model. Garmin needs to figure out a way to make the display brighter.

Screen is too dark

The watch gave my daughter a rash can't be worn due to this. Need to return it. Child has no known allergies. This is after a few days of wear.

Gave child a rash

Bought two for both my children, issues so far: turned off alarms in chores vis the app but alarms continue to go off even after multiple syncs with the watch, chore list does not show in the watch which isn't helpful when teaching independence for the kids to know why the alarm is going off and for what chore. Screen is too dark as well. Next time I will purchase an alternative smart watch! For the price I don't feel the watches are worth it!

Not Great

My daughter initially liked it, but then started complaining about the screen being so dark she couldn't see anything. I researched and found out that is how it was supposed to be, so to avoid her frustrations, we returned it. The screen is just too small to be so dark. Its very hard to see anything. 
Otherwise it was simple to set up and connect to the app.

It's ok

Immediately returning. The screen indoors is far too dim. Having to precisely hold down the button to brighten the screen without accidentally activating pairing mode etc is an awful design.
