Quite contrary to Andrew Trentacoste's experience, I got this monitor from Amazon in the original Lenovo box sealed and all the original cables. The picture quality is great (no major backlight leaking), and the color is calibrated quite well despite being a budget monitor.

One big plus is that this monitor has a mini Displayport to DP cable, which fits perfectly for my Macbook pro Retina 2013, so you do not have to buy an extra one ($10-15 normally for an OEM).

Also it has an HDMI to HDMI cable, and a USB 3.0 cable.

Main use: document writing+coding. So far the experience is great.

The Lenovo P24Q is incredibly sharp, no reflections, light weight, and low power. This all makes it perfect for use in my RV. I've had it about a year now and its going strong, no issues.

Update 1/22/2020: I've had it on since the day I received it in May, 2018 and still perfect. I forgot to mention above that it produces no noticeable heat, unlike my other older LCD monitor which has heat rising from its top vents. I think I'll be buying a second one, even though my other monitor still works (I use 2 daily for work), as this one is so much easier on my eyes and won't help to heat up my office in the summer (I noticed a drop in temperature on hot afternoons back when I went from 2 LCD's to 1 LCD and this one). Of course seeing the price drop from $275 when I bought it to $230 now might help me decide :)

I was however haunted by the jackass who gave a 3-star review for it coming in a brown box. It's a monitor for business use, not an Xbox. And besides, you're complaining about Christmas, that's what wrapping paper is for.

Also, for the record, they do come in Branded Lenovo boxes, at least if you buy them from Amazon itself

Kinda bummed, but it works.
