Dragon stone is made of clay, so it is very fragile. If you keep rinsing it expecting it to get clean, you will just keep eroding it away. That's how gained its unique shape in the first place, water erosion!
This is a really fun, colorful stone that looks great in aquascapes. It provides shelter for smaller fish and shrimp, and you can really do a lot with it! I look forward to using in my aquascape!
Anyway, no complaints product individually wrapped as described, size and quantity appropriate as advertised, not overly dirty as others have mentioned, value for money yes. If one doesn’t like the work which goes with this hobby it’s not for you! You will find no joy or results without the effort. Once established it really doesn’t take much. Hope this helps, I will absolutely recommend this product.

Anyhow, as can seen, received a good amount of nice looking colorful stones(which I was hoping). I got lucky with my order so far as I do not have loads of mud or clay on mine. I cleaned 5 pieces(couple broken off from bigger pieces) with a Home Depot 5Gal bucket and the brush after soaking in hot water. The water was muddy after round one with a good scrub. I don't think I have many holes on my stone that would require tooth picks or bamboo skews to poke out the clay. Will do couple more rounds of soaking and cleaning before adding to my tank. Can not wait to add them. Will provide addition pictures of the bigger piece once I clean them.
Update:
So there are a LOT of clay to clean out as I discover when I started to clean the larger pieces. However, I find it rewarding when I clean out holes in the stones. Had to resort to the bamboo skewer to dig out the clay from the holes. Finally got a good look at the colors of the stones and I must say I got a great batch with very nice definitions and coloring. One final note, have patient, soak those stone to loosen the clay. It will take couple of cleaning and soaking repeatedly to get the stones to nice presentable condition.
Included a picture of a nice looking piece that I added to my 5 Gal tank..
Final before and after pictures of the rocks in my 10G tank.

Definitely give a thorough rinse. Be a little aggressive. Because pieces will chip and fall off. And it dirties the tank pretty fast.
Great for a shrimp tank! My neocaridina stay in it. Started out with 6 and I found 13 shrimplets when I rearranged.

The cleaning of these rocks is legendary! I'm not kidding. I've never had to clean an aquarium accessory or stone this much! At least for the set I got, you can't buy them and put them in your aquarium the next day after a rinse or wash. You'll rinse them..the water will run deep brown. Then you can scrub with a toothbrush...deep brown. Let them soak overnight. Then using a bamboo skewer, you start to clean out the crevices.
But then you are just getting started. Don't get me wrong. If you can convince yourself that this is more of an archeological dig, and not just cleaning rocks - it's alright. You won't be frustrated - just accept it will take days or weeks if you are short on time to clean these. I've let them soak in buckets in the bathtub. Even when the water runs clean after a cleaning session, the soaking allows water to move into new pockets of clay within the deep crevices. When you poke the bamboo stick in there for the next cleaning, the water will run deep brown. I think i'm on my 5th or 6th overnight soak..sometimes leaving the rocks in the water days between cleaning. Some rocks are running clear by this point, others I can still flush out brown water full of clay. Every time there is less...but there is a lot.
If you put on headphones, listen to music while your working on these stones, then the experience is more like "detailing" than scrubbing...not bad at all if you are not in a rush...
Well done Lifeguard Aquatics!
