My baby’s favorite book so far

My baby’s favorite book so far
This book contains inspiring women. I read this to my daughter everyday. So far, this is her favorite book. The only thing I noticed is, the women in the book were all from the black race. I have nothing against it. However, it would’ve been better if the writer included other women too. There are a lot of inspiring women from other races too, not just one. Otherwise, it’s still a good book for me to inspire my little one.

I bought this for my friend who just found out she is having a girl. The book is very sturdy and thick. The illustrations are beautiful and the information about each woman is brief but very informative and intentional. I absolutely loved this book and so did my friend!

I absolutely love this book that celebrates black women in history!

I think this is a perfect book to help show our little one (and future ones) diverse leaders throughout history and their various roles.

It’s a sturdy board book and very toddler friendly in more ways than one. The pages are simple yet intriguing to our almost 2 years old - she loves to point out the airplanes, piano, microphone, stars, etc. - and doesn’t get bored or overwhelmed by too much information. I love that we normalize black women as leaders and show our kids historic figures who may look different than they are. It’s one of our daughters favorite books!
