This is great for everything! From camping to car repair to putting puzzles together with my wife. This light has been very helpful to get the right amount of light in those hard-to-reach places around the house and away! When camping it is all you need as it works as a lantern and flashlight. The magnetic base is heavy-duty enough to hold the lantern at its side or even upside down. Being able to extend it to walk around with a light source from above you is amazing at night. The main thing I love the most is battery life! This thing will last days on low and close to that on high when used regularly. I recommend trying this out IT IS WORTH IT!

Used for the first time during a camping trip at Shenandoah National Park and it performed better than expected. Super bright and it illuminates more than what you'd expect when you raise it. Having the magnetic legs was super helpful as the lantern was secured on the metal legs and help up during the strong wind gusts. Very satisfied with the purchase. Good quality. Only gripe is that the rubber cover for the charging port is almost impossible to fit back in after charging, but nothing to force a return.

I purchased this just before a camping trip we had last weekend. I have to say that this is a pretty awesome light. While sitting around the fire, it was useful with the tripod extended so that the light shined downward for smore making and didn't blind my friends sitting close. I could raise or lower the light so that it didn't completely flood the area (that would have killed the mood). After the fire dies down, I used this to ensure no trash/garbage/trip hazards were left at the firepit. Overnight, I collapsed the light so it was in lantern mode and used as a night light. It lasted overnight! I didn't really use the magnet, but I did test it on the side of my camper with the light fully extended (extended horizontally) and it stayed on there pretty well! The only things I think could be improved upon would be a power button that's easier to find (in the dark), a charging door flap that's easier to open, and perhaps a button that releases the tripod legs. The legs are a little cumbersome to open. Overall, great product!

I bought the item for my camping. The first one I got was an used one, the charging spot is open and the chager spot cover was broken and not able to close it. Therefore I request a replace. The replace one looks new, but the light was defected. It comes only the softwhite light. The cool daylight is broken.
