Floating is the type of story that makes you yell "Hooray" at the end. It is the story of a very hopeful romance that blossoms quickly and will be the forever love that Ellis and Lucy deserve. Michelle Dare bravely takes on an aspect of mental illness that is probably more common than we know. Lucy's desire to just be normal and not be judged is perhaps the mantra of millions of people who suffer similarly. I received a free copy of the book from Booksprout. I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Ellis and Lucy. Sure after suffering an almost death experience, even if it is drowning, will change everything. Getting over the fear and anxiety take Lucy lots of work. She's still struggling but Ellis helps her. He's getting ready for the workforce after college when a chance meeting with Lucy alters his path. When she sees her ex, it seems everywhere, it keeps dragging up the accident and it's rough. Lucky for her Ellis can help. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Floating by Michelle Dare is a good, and enjoyable steamy coming of age inspirational romance read. The story has a great entertaining story line that is unpredictable. The characters are great, wonderful, witty, and they have great chemistry. This story is a very entertaining easy to read steamy page turning inspirational romance read with a happily ever after ending. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
