This flashlight works great. It charges via USB-C and it can go up to 500 lumens. Lasts quite a long time for such a small frame. I use this when I walk my dogs to light up the road and I also use it to look for things in the dark. It's lockable and surprisingly will last you a while on the higher settings. Very good to keep in an EDC if you are looking for something compact and chargeable via next gen cables.

Won't Stay Locked

I really liked this at first but after using it day to day I'll be looking for a replacement. The nitecore has two ways to lock it from being accidentally turned on. Either way doesn't work for me. I'll usually feel the light turned on in my pocket because it can get really hot. One time it was on for such a long time that it burned a hole in my jogging pants pocket. It somehow bypasses the lock 3-4 times a week. I do keep it on my keychain so an occasion activation is ok, but it happens so frequently that it's another thing I have to worry about. I'll remove it from my keychain and replace with another brand.
