I’m going to insignia from previously having a Roku tv which decided to bug out on me after only 2-3 years of use which I was very disappointed by. My wifi dropped frequently on it and it would give me Black screens and route me back to the Home Screen randomly. This is a HUGE improvement in my opinion and was $100 more than my Roku tv I had originally.
I will say it is quite heavy so you have to be careful when unboxing it, I highly recommend you get a second person to help. It was a struggle on my own getting it out, but I did it and my tv was unscathed.
The legs were a little difficult to put on in my opinion only because you can’t really see the screws unless you’re level with the legs. I had to do mine on my ground because of my living space, I’d recommend propping the tv up on something to put them on horizontally without any issues. Once I got the screws in it was fine. You do need a screw driver of some sort to get the screws in.
My only other complaint is that the hdmi ports are on the left side only, so plan for that when redoing your TV set up. I made it work. Also the tv power cord is VERY short, so you’ll need an extension cord or an outlet very close to it.
Overall, Try it out! I’m sure you’ll love it. I do!
The only downsides were having to enter my email and passwords over and over again to sign into the fire apps on the TV. Thinking back I should I have just hooked up my fire tv which I was using with the previous tv, but since it’s embedded into the Tv like an operating system it makes sense to use it. I wish the fire tv’s, in general would store your email like the Apple products do. And the other downside is that you cannot use the Alexa studio with the TV- I was looking forward to buying a studio on prime day (they had a great deal for the studio and two huge bulbs for free); but luckily I saw that it was incompatible prior to purchasing; I’ll look for a smaller sound bar now.
I had been buying top of line expensive TVs for years. Only to realize they don’t really last long enough to make big-dollar purchases pay off in the long run; between maintenance and technology developments, I’d rather buy a cheaper TV and replace every few years.
This TV is just as nice as my $1200 Samsung from 2012.

The account log in took a bit, which should have been a red flag, buy I persisted and thought all was well. Not so. Not one movie or show watched was completed. They would play and stop several times, and then end with an apology and a try later message.
It wasn't my wireless either, I usually work on my laptop as I watch TV and I had a consistent connection. To prove it, I grabbed my Fire stick from the bedroom and plugged it into the 2nd HDMI port and had no trouble at all watching anything on any app.
The point I'm trying to make is as a monitor, or just plain TV, the product is fine; great picture, decent sound and crisp colors.
However,
As a wireless streaming portal, it is worse than useless. It rarely connects and when it does it is easily lost. If I had low bandwidth or a big family making a large demand, I could understand some issues. But I pay for higher bandwidth and live alone so my wireless is strong on all my devices, except this one.
If you make something to be the publics main portal to your domain, your Prime Video world, then at least make sure it works.
Add on :
New issues, 2 to be be exact
First, after you select your group of movies or shows to watch and begin scrolling through them to choose, the scrolling suddenly jumps through several and you have to go back. It's like the button on the remote is jammed but it never is.
Second, and more irritating is when you are watching a movie, the view suddenly zooms in like a camera close up, but it's not centered. It's very noticeable when the opening credits are going. You have to back out and reload the movie.
I can't rate the sound quality because I've had a sound system set up since day one. The picture looks great though. No issues at all.
