Is the grinding mechanism metal or ceramic?

This is my first time purchasing a grinder set and I honestly didn't know what to expect. After reading mixed reviews on several different brands, I am glad I decided to go with this one. I have had them for almost a month now and they are working great! Set up is easy, batteries last a long time and the units themselves are very sturdy. A definite recommend for anyone who loves to cook efficiently!

Easy Salt and Pepper

fewer batteries needed than other units - yet appears to have longer battery life. easy to load (BOTH with product AND the batteries).  final size of product right out of the box.

great product -

I didn't know what to expect since I haven't used a battery powered salt and pepper mill.  It grinds well but puts out very little at a time.  Okay for table use but not for cooking.  Also, the mechanism takes so much space that the capacity is small.  What you see in the picture is what it holds.

It was broke piece that fits on  salt and pepper shaker.  Little black piece that goes around we're broke off.  On both.

Loud obnoxious noise when used.  Keeps jamming.  Only give as gift to people you don't like.  Product is Crap

Worthless product

They look nice but they don't work.  The one never worked and the other works intermittently.  Overall I am disappointed with the purchase and would not recommend.
