(this setting turns a $700 8 string into a 1000$ 8 string in my opinion) realisticly id value this pedal 20-30$ above what its selling for in terms of value and i recommend putting it behind your overdrive but before and modifyer in the effect chain
Pros:
Sliders actually produce the desired EQ changes in the band
Unit is small but feels rugged with a metal housing
Included power cable is a nice addition at this price point
Cons:
Sliders are flat black and hard to see in low light (I fixed by putting white nail polish on the ends)
Sliders feel like they can move easily if the unit is accidentally kicked or during transport (more polish on the pedal itself to mark desired slider locations allows me to quickly check slider positions)
Power cable plug is pretty chunky for such a small unit.
Enter maybe 6 months in, and the sliders stared making a lot of noise. I tried blowing the unit out with compressed air to relieve it of dust etc, and no dice. 2 months after that? Now the sound cuts out completely, and intermittently. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sliding the dials will make HUGE noise, and can now cause the sound to go out completely at random.
It's too good to be true for the $$ people. You get what you pay for here!
