Very Nice. Inconsistent, though.
4 Stars
Very Nice. Inconsistent, though.
I bought one of these a year or so ago, and it's been great. I had been wanting a second one since then, so I finally pulled the trigger. The second one looks different enough that I honestly can't read the values. In the photo, it's the one that's closer to the camera. You can easily see the difference, and the camera really favors the second unit—it looks better in the photo than in person as I can actually see the numbers in the photo.I returned this, but I'm still giving it 4 stars, and still want another pedal, but I want it to look like the photos. Plus Amazon ships these in a grocery bag, so there's that...

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice little EQ pedal considering price and size.
Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2020
I bought it for a mini-pedal board I was building just to goof off with, but I ended up moving this little EQ pedal over to my main board, replacing a MUCH bigger and more costly pedal. When you consider how much space it takes up on a busy pedalboard and how much this little unit costs, it is worth way more than the cost. It works well, isn’t noisy, and it definitely lets you shape your sound. All of the EQ bands on the pedal seemed effective and sensitive to me, though I mostly use it to roll off a little of the low-end in my clean channel.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great value, well built. Hard to read sliders - but there’s a fix!
Reviewed in Canada on April 7, 2023
Nice and solid, does a good job of shaping the tone. Impressive it has 7 bands in such a small footprint. (Much improved over the nearly unusable reverb pedal from the same company) Takes a minute or to adjust to a vertical eq graph (you could always mount it sideways hah!) Biggest issue is visibility of the sliders - even in a well lit room (forget about onstage) it’s hard to see their position and easy to mistake the level slider as it’s identical to the rest. So I added a dash of colour from my wife’s nail polish collection - hot pink for eq sliders, yellow for level - and bingo, so much easier. Hope this helps!
