Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I received this lawnmower as a gift. This is by far the worst lawn mower I have ever used. The first, and only time I've used this the mower died every few feet. It took about an hour to mow my <400 square foot front yard.I would have to stop, pull out the start key, remove the battery, reinsert the battery, then the key, and then it would move another four feet before it died. The bag also is not supported, other than a 1/16" piece of flimsy plastic on the bag. On top of that the bag got snagged by a small hedge, and the whole side of it ripped open. A potato sack is more durable than the refuse bag.The battery loses power surprisingly quick too, and once the battery is at half power the mower cannot move up any sort of hill without dying. To anyone reading this thinking if this thing is a good purchase please look elsewhere.
I had read the reviews from this seller prior to buying my mower, everyone were great, so I decided to buy from them... I was completely blown away when this mower arrived 3 days after I ordered it.. My husband and I put it together in no time, and it is very light weight. The other great thing is, when you go from a gas mower to the electric, there is no more struggle to pulling the cord, it is supper easy to use, and great for an older person.
Does everything it’s supposed to, but these batteries only last a year or so and they are very expensive to replace. The mowers are also prone to breaking and no one will work on them. Ours lasted 6 months and it is completely dead. I’m sure it’s one of the switches inside, but I’m going to have to break it open to find the problem myself.
My Ryobi mower is of good quality and I enjoy all the Ryobi products I have reved thus far. I thank you for shiping it in a timely manner through the Local Home Depo Store on New Hallsferry.
I am very happy with my purchase of this!! I got this at home depot. I had a gas one and it wasn't working anymore. I wanted an electric battery operated one so I didn't have to fill it up all the time and worry about it freezing in my shed over the winter. With the electric one I can take the battery out and put it inside for the winter. Much easier!! People complain how it doesn't run for long. I don't even have a half acre of land so I don't have to worry much about that. Even if it shuts down on me I will not complain if I have to wait for the battery to charge because I find this alot nicer than a gas powered mower. To stop it from shutting down I may buy a second battery. That simple!!
