I don’t remember when I read the first two novels in this series, but I had trouble remembering previously read information and had to catch up as I read. As it all came together, I was left disappointed with Darby because except at the end, she seemed weaker, more fearful and less kick butt than in previous installments. It was enjoyable anyway.
