Publisher's summary

Galaxy’s Edge, Season 2 continues as a divided galaxy is navigated by heroes forced to chart their own dangerous courses....

The darkest secrets stay hidden.

Wraith, seeking to acquire intel on the mysterious Kill Team Ice, finds himself teamed up with an unlikely Nether Ops ally. Zora and Garret, in pursuit of a lost friend, will have their loyalty to Captain Keel tested. And the strain on Nilo and Black Leaf continues to grow, with unexpected intensity.

For all of them, the path forward is a crooked one, weaving through House of Reason loyalists, Bronze Guild bounty hunters, brutal slavers, Legion operators, and the mysteries now emerging from the empty and foreboding space beyond galaxy’s edge. And each step along that path only seems to reveal a new, darker truth about what’s coming for them.

But one thing is increasingly certain. War is brewing.

Includes a special author's note.

Out Freaking Standing!

I've spent the past 24 years making fun of my wife for being a nerd for all the Star Trek, and other nerdy stuff she loves. I mean to be fair, all at the same time loving Syfy as probably my favorite movie and tv genre. I've never really read much of it, instead everything I've read over the years has been more.. terrestrial based lol. Mostly kinda adventure/suspense/spy/military/mystery kind of stuff. wow if someone wrote that book, with all my favs mixed in, that would be... oh, it would be pretty much everything Jason Anspach and Nick Cole write!! Oh, plus bonus! they set it all in a Syfy world!! They somehow seen to check every box I have lol!
I suppose I must also say at the point that, well, I may have a minor man crush on R.C. Bray... I'm not like a stalker or anything; I mean like in real life... I didn't the past several months listening solely to books narrated by Mr Bray. I listen to audio books at I work in my shop, or a lot when I drive, doing yard work, a lot is what I'm trying to say here. something like 25 books in the past few months, and I'd have to go back and double check, but I'd say a good 99% of them are brilliantly enacted by the magnificent Mr Bray. I've purposely avoided ever seeing what he actually looks like, because in my head, he's like 20 different people and I simply don't understand how it's possible to have that many different voices that sound so real and natural, much less how you would keep them all straight and remember who has what voice!! My loving wife of course does try very hard from time to time to trick me into seeing a picture of him or something online he's on. Because we find happiness and entertainment and ruining things for each other. One of her cute quirks, is to totally be able to forget or block out that an actor in something we're watching, played one of our favorite characters on some show for years, or was just in an entire series of movies we watched, etc... I on the other hand, am diagnosed with OCD. It's nothing to crazy, and it's basically manageable, but it will drive me out of my mind if someone looks a familiar but I can't place who they are or what I saw them in. Until I figure it out I can't focus on anything else. I also refuse to Google it. Takes the fun right out of the psychosis. So when I finally figured it out, and I always do, at which point we normally start the movie over because I have no idea what has passed on the screen since the instant I saw whoever. Then about 34 min in, I'll casually say something like "it's crazy to see Suzanne Somers in this role.."
At which point my loving wife will glare at me, and call me a couple of the sweet pet names sure has for me that I won't mention here of course. I've gotten pretty good at straight facing it like I have no clue what's going on or why I'm suddenly "the worst husband in this whole house",
hard to argue with logic like that..
Why do I enjoy this so much when I know for a solid fact that from then on, whatever we're watching is partially ruined for her? Because marriage. Long marriage. If you don't find ways to entertain yourself at your wife's expense, you'll go absolutely insane within the first 6 or 7 years.
Um.. so, ok I'm just realizing that I have no clue why I'm writing about this, or how I even got on the subject, or what I was trying to say in the first place. Soo I'm just going to end with a heart felt thank you Jason, Nick, and Mr Bray. Y'all play a large role in making my life fun!
Oh and I can't believe this is even a debate.... #Masters

They Just keep Delivering

I am a big audiobook fan and typically listen to every book in a series. There are a lot of series out there that just start to fall apart after a few books OR they just keep hitting the same themes over and over. These guys keep bring new elements into the series and like Game of Thrones, almost any character can hold the story on their own and or can die at any moment. I love this series and have listened to the entire series at least 3 times. (I drive a lot)

The blooper reel at the end was a great little surprise. Definitely give us more of that in future audiobooks. Bray is still the best. #TEAMTWENTIES

Pretty Darn Good, but not the best in the series

The plot felt very direct and the story shorter normal. Overall really enjoyable. I'm on my second straight listen.

5 stars because.......Camp Masters.
