Creamy Bokeh makes it great for portraits!
I haven't used the lens that much yet, will have a thorough workout with gorgeous models it this weekend, but from the few shot's I've taken of my dog (using adaptor on Canon EOS R) the creamy bokeh that I was looking for appeared as expected. The lens is made of metal and is heavy, but any other lens I've purchased for AF cameras are made of plastic and break easy.

This is a great lens and the first of its type that I have owned/used. A coworker (avid photographer) recommended it to me and the Amazon reviews helped me decide on this one. As noted it’s a bit heavy (I was using it for action shots at an airshow) but coupled with the capacity of my Canon Rebel T7i I got some great shots. The asterisk would be for the camera bag. While nice, it won’t hold the camera body and this big lens in a helpful manner...so it’s going to Goodwill. The rest of the accessories are good. I’d recommend this bundle.

The lens is fantastic; you already know that much. I purchased this particular SKU because of the extras bundled with the lens for the same price as the lens by itself everywhere else. It even comes with a full USA warranty, not a grey market item! The extras as described are useful for anyone who needs the travel backpack, SD card, mini-tripod, all the cleaning supplies, etc. The backpack is relatively small, only large enough for my camera body + 70-200 lens attached with lens hood and a few accessories. That 70-200mm lens is pretty big, so don't expect much room left over for extra lenses like the picture shows, but I'm still excited to get the travel backpack so I don't have to drag around my heavy fullsize backpack when I go on a family session. You won't regret buying this item!

The Canon Lens really needs no further review. This is the gold standard. I want to review this package which is fabulous. I do nature and sports photography. This package was thoughtful gives you everything you need to start in a nice bundle. I use a Canon 7D Mk II. The filters are good basic filters, nice. The camera bag I liked because I could put the 70-200mm on it and it fit in the bag, but more important this bag was comfortable and MET THE SIZE REQUIREMENTS FOR my SPORTS ARENA. For my first outing, I took it to a hockey game and the bag allowed me to safely travel in and out of the arena. The kit came with a 64GB disk and a Monopod which I haven't used but they look good.

Overall, I would recommend this package to anyone who has already decided to buy the lens.

I'm a petite Asian female, so therefore holding this lens takes alot of hand strength. The bundle also came with a monopod - which I haven't tried it on - but i am more than positive it will def. help me with the weight of the lens. The bokeh is amazinggggg and i can't wait to start shooting more with this lens.
