I love this rice cooker!
I live in my van and what used to be a 1-3 hour cooking ordeal to make lunch and dinner over a propane stove has turned into an easy and quick delicious process.
I have made everything in this rice cooker - think of it more as a crock pot on the go.
I often add vegetables and spices right into the water along with rice or beans or lentils.
Turns out great everytime
Its never overheated
The only downside is the pot isnt removeable from the base so it makes cleaning a little difficult since you have to be careful not to get the electronics wet.
I lost the charger and the company sent me another one free of charge - thats great customer service!

Im a truck driver and i use this product on the road. It worked great for about a month. With each use i noticed the power cord got very hot. Not just warm but very very hot. I didnt think too much of it a few weeks back the fuse in the power cord burned out so i replaced with the new fuse provided with the purchased and about 2 days ago the cord got so hot that i thought it was gonna catch on fire and it started to to emit a powerful smell as if it was burning. At that risk of setting myself and my truck in fire i turned it off and never used it again
