-great cooling system, on idle browsing chrome and web the fans wont even kick on which is exactly what I was looking for
-2 thunderbolt usb c charging ports and only needs 65 watt charger which is super compact
-good battery life, about 10 hours browsing or 4 hours video editing, and also because it only needs 65 watts, there are portable power banks that can deliver 65 watts that easily fit in a backpack and can make this machine easily last any kind of drive or flight

-pair this with an egpu and you will get the best of both worlds, portability and gaming
I was having a ton of issues at the beginning, as most reviews were saying, but easy fix
-uninstall everything razer and synapse

Now the reason I am sending this back is there is an issue with the new Intel graphics driver with the Iris xe chips. This appears to be an Intel issue as people with the new Dell XPS (has the same screen panel and same Intel chips) are complaining as well. The screen will intermittently go black and when it comes back the colors and brightness will be off for a few seconds. it can go for 30 minutes just fine and then will crash 3 times in the next 5 minutes. You never know and it is just really irritating. I ran the diags and it is telling me the video driver is crashing. It crashed 9 times in an hour on me when I was running the log. Now I reinstalled Windows from scratch, twice, went to the Intel site and tried the latest drivers, and tried every setting on and off in the intel control panel and nothing is working. I am not saying this is Razers fault here and I absolutely love everything else about this laptop but its a business laptop and I have to have this stable in order to do work.
I dont care about gaming on this at all as I have a gaming rig for that, but there is zero excuse for Intel to put out trash like this in the year 2020. This chipset should NEVER have come to market if there is not a stable driver for it so at this point the laptop is going back and I am going to take a hard look at Apple which really sucks. Sorry for the negative post on such a great machine and Kudos to Razer for making this device but man this si so dissapointing.
Unfortunately the fans are on nearly constantly, even when not doing anything. This makes it pretty annoying to use in a quiet office. When the fans aren't on, there is a slight coil whine but it's not terrible.
The included Razer software for managing the keyboard is terrible. I just wanted it to be a solid white color like a normal non-gaming machine and the software was so slow and awkward to use. I think Razer should make the software for its non-gaming Razerbook series much more simple and easier to use. If you actually want blinking keyboard lights to match your music on your "professional" computer, go download their more complex software.
Reminder:
-Thunderbolt 4 is not USB-C, even if its the same shape it wont work.
-Don't game on this, unless you get the EGPU unit that is sold separately.
-M.2 hard-drive is upgradable to 2tb.
-Both Thunderbolt 4 ports are charging ports

Top reviews from other countries
The screen is amazing with good colors and response time. The keyboard is good, speakers are amazing. But the build quality is amazing. It's a MacBook Air, but windows. The full aluminum body is great.
For gaming, it runs minecraft good. And factorio. Any other game and you need to drop your settings to low and have horrible resolution.
Not only is this a common problem with these laptops, but it happens often enough that Razer has an official support page and YouTube video dedicated to this exact issue that affects every laptop that they make.
A laptop at this price point should be flawless in design, flawlessly put together, and work flawlessly out of the box. And it should do it for longer than it takes to unbox and set up the Windows installation.
I wanted to love this laptop. This was the sleek, ultra compact laptop with plenty of connectivity, and power to work as my daily driver that I had been waiting for years to come to market. And somehow Razer managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and completely fail to deliver on reliability.
Save your money. Buy something that actually works.
Edited: Although it is beautiful and I love so much about the form factor. The laptop started getting very hot when doing the simplest tasks. I am a techy and there was hardly anything loaded on the computer to cause the issue. When I received it from Amazon it contained a virus so I did a fresh install of windows and it seemed to be doing well. After running a few programs like Microsoft 365 and McAfee it started getting so hot that I couldn't keep it on my lap. I couldn't find any issues with it and tried a fresh install - same issue again. It would get super hot and the processor would slow down to a crawl. I admit, I was really disappointed because I wanted to love this computer. But I had to return it.
Build quality: Big improvement over old Razer laptops - less of a gamery feel, solid aluminum construction, edges are not too sharp but could be improved on to be sleeker. Lightweight and very portable. Keyboard/touchpad are decent as well, nice sound/response.
Specs: Varies widely, but Iris Xe and 4-core i7 can handle most tasks. SSD is more than enough, good 16GB of RAM.
Other: Can get quite loud/hot under load, but if you run casual stuff it won't get that bad.
Price: I purchased it at 1050 and found it quite good value at that price point. You wouldn't be able to find too many comparable options.
Overall: 4/5!
