the aloe vera that I got is beautiful and healthy.  No yellow leaves or damage when shipped. I recommend Costa Farms for live plants. All I ordered so far have been just what I expected.

Arrived in absolutely perfect condition!
I must add that I do live in South Florida where I believe these plants are grown.  However, it seemed very well packaged so I'm sure it would do well on longer journeys.

My photos don't do it justice.  Great specimen with nice, fleshy spikes.  

Sometimes you want a specific plant and don't want to look all over town.  This is a great alternative.

An amusing anecdote from the store where I picked it up.
The associate wasn't aware that you could order plants and seemed just a little puzzled.  When he found the package, he said "Hello, are you alive in there?"

Received in 5 days. (Shipped 2 days later due to Memorial Day). Plant is 10 inches including pot / 8 inches without pot. Good roots, healthy, green, not damaged. I highly suggest you don't buy live plants online. The delivery person throws the package on the porch when I open the box plant was broken.

Damaged plant

Definitely does not look like the photo.  I probably should have purchased it from Home Depot for 4.99.  There were about two stems on this plant.  I did not get the quality for the cost.  The dirt was all in the box it came in.

Only one "7inch" stem on the plant.
