Claiming Vanessa (A Dark Mafia RH Romance): Breeding Vanessa #1 Kindle Edition
I've never wanted anything to do with the mafia life. I was going to get my degree and get out. But thanks to mafia warring, I'm now being held hostage by one of the largest criminal empires.
Giulio Pavone is as personable as he is cruel, treating women like nothing more than product to be sold. Damien Rossi's faux gentle touch makes my skin crawl. Slayer has made no secret how much he wants to see my tears.
And above all, they want to forcibly use me to continue the Pavone family line. I'm nothing but a broodmare to them. I know if I get pregnant, my chance of escape becomes next to nothing.
I have to get out. I have to stay strong. I can't become one of the broken girls they sell at their seedy clubs.
Note: This work contains extremely dark themes with potentially triggering content, including forced pregnancy. Read at your own discretion. Though this book picks up where Loving Lucia left off for Vanessa's story, it is not necessary to read the Spoils of Victory trilogy before diving into the Breeding Contempt trilogy. About the authors
Raissa Donovan is the pen name for M/M writer R. Phoenix. Raissa has recently ventured into writing dark (MM+)M/f romances.
As R. Phoenix, she writes anything from pretty pink fluff to dark noncon twincest. She prefers to write dark — the darker, the better — but sometimes her muse takes her to some pretty strange places. Her books are primarily available on Amazon, but the especially taboo works are only at Smashwords.
Addison Wolf writes dark and kinky Mf novels, emphasis on the dark. These stories don't feature healthy relationships. For Addison's MM works, please check her MM pen, Adara Wolf.
When Addison isn't torturing her faves, she spends her time painting, learning languages, and rescuing cats.
If you're ever curious about the specific content of her works, there are content notes for each story on the website (http://adarawolf.com).

What do you do when you are trapped between three seemingly evil men? If you’re Vanessa you slowly back away with the man with a kn!fe to your neck😅. After being taken in such a way she expects these men to be violent but what she doesn’t expect is for them to want to get her pregnant wether she wants to or not🫢😱. Three men in it for different reasons and plan to enjoy every part of Vanessa😈. But will their treatment ultimately break her or will she find a way out?
Dang! Our girl Vanessa is top tier naïve heroine. Girl has no real concept of “it could always be worse” until she pushes and things get worse😅. I have no idea how the authors are going to get the male characters to a point where I’m happy they get the girl but looking forward to going on the journey in the next two books😍.

Vanessa is NOT down with the breeding but having become close to one of the dancers, she learns not to piss G off cause G has no problem taking out his anger on her best friend Stef.
This book ends in a cliffhanger.
I like the characters but it's hard to feel the intimidation because G for one never takes anything seriously and he sets the tone for Slayer and Damien. I think the book could use some danger, like an enemy trying to get Vanessa or something like that. Not that sex isn't great, I would have loved more about the plot and less about the sex.
Overall it's a great book and I would recommend it.
Giulio and Damien kidnap Vanessa from her sister’s wedding and it all goes even further downhill from there. Damien has the idea to make Vanessa the mother of Giulio’s children, willingly or not. Be certain to check your triggers at the door, because nothing about this is soft or sweet. Vanessa’s in for a bad time. Once Giulio pulls in friend and sometimes reluctant lover Slayer, all bets are off. Here’s the thing: you can’t help but revel a little in Vanessa’s misery, especially if you’ve read the previous books. She really came off as a little snobby and entitled. Seeing her knocked down a peg or two wasn’t bad. I also actually really, really enjoyed how Donovan and Wolf wrote a female lead that wasn’t strong. Vanessa is weak. Make no bones about it. Now, that’s not to say she won’t grow throughout the series, but right now? So soft and weak. I think it will make her transformation that much sweeter.
Giulio is supposed to be very unlikable, but honestly, he was fabulous. He’s brutal and irreverent and seemingly takes nothing seriously. Damien is the serious counterpart here. He seems like he needs to loosen up a bit. Slayer is just mean. Brutal and cunning. I think Slayer might be my favorite, with Giulio coming in as a close second. There’s something about Slayer that makes me want to peel back his layers. Even after finishing the book and knowing what I do now, Slayer might just take the cake. One of my absolute favorite aspects of this book was somehow learning to like these truly reprehensible characters.
If you’re looking for something dark and torturous, something with tons of MMM/F action and even some sexy M/M action, this book is going to be right up your alley. It’s all that and so much more.

Did I love Saint and Angel in the original books? God yes. Even Victor? A little? Now and then. Maybe lol
Giulio, Damien, and Slayer? OMFG... gimme more. They're wicked, they're twisted AF, and they're so compelling that I devoured this book as fast as I could, which is a shame, because I should have savoured it. It's honestly challenging, and fascinating, and deeply naughty, in those ways that we smut readers love so damn much. Breeding obsessed? These guys? Yeah, just a LOT. I loved every psychotic moment of it, and am desperate for more.
Let's talk about Vanessa for a moment. She's a freaking goddess. I expected her to be weaker than Lucia, who quite honestly had her moments when she seemed to break, but came back fighting. Vanessa though... she's got fire, and I loved the way her character was developing page by page.
If you haven't read the Spoils of Victory trilogy yet, then you're massively missing out. And this? This is epic, and you need to read it too. Trust me, just read it in the bath or something, so you can uh... be alone for the spicy bits... it's SO hot!
There is Triggers, do yourself a favour and rad thought hem before reading. Dark romance isn’t for everyone so please beware.
The 3 men are really mean. They better redeem themselves otherwise I will yeet this book out the window.
This book is a bt like a train wreck, its horrible shocking, yet your eyes are glued to it the whole time.
I need more! Like yesterday!
