Max liked the small town. Shaine did not want to be tied down when she went to college. After leaving for college and breaking up with Max, she realized her mistake, but Max wanted nothing to do with her. Years later, Shaine is home for Christmas break and Max still works in town. They are both broken, but are both too afraid of being hurt again. This is a good quick read with some fun moments and other heart tugging as the fight their way back to each other.

Part of the Cringle Cove series with a Christmas story of second chance romance. Loved the characters and this fast paced story hooked you into the romantic saga between them. With the magic of Christmas break helping them overcome their past for their own HEA. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
