Comparable product at a cheaper cost
Trekology Aluft Comfort (TAC) 2.0 offers a very comparable product to the Sea2Summit (S2S) Aeros Ultralight Large pillow with some key differences:Price: Price point is great at less than $20 for TAC versus $40+ for the S2S.Design: Both sleeping surfaces of both pillows are very similar: a soft brushed fabric similar to microfleece. The TAC has a detachable strap and beaded dots on the back which make it anchorable to headrests or sleeping mats and slip resistant. The TAC and S2S are curved both along the edge to center your pillow across your shoulders and down the middle to provide a slight dip and neck support for back or side sleepers. The S2S valve also functions as a locking mechanism for their sleeping mats meaning that you would have to stay with that brand for the locking mechanism to be functional.S2S has limited color options with TAC has five at the time of this review - if that matters to you. Both come with drawstring bags but the S2S drawstring is anchored which makes it a lot harder to undo with one hand. The TAC bag also has a strap that is very convenient. The only design spec that S2S really excels at is the two part valve system (pictured) which includes a nub to adjust the firmness of the pillow and a second open valve to complete deflate the pillow. The TAC version has a click-valve which can be toggled to slightly deflate the pillow HOWEVER blowing up my TAC sounded like I was making turkey calls - no joke. The S2S is silent.Specs: The TAC is 16x12X4 inches inflated while the S2S is 17.3x12.6x5.5 so very similar. Honestly there doesn’t seem to be much of a size difference visually once inflated and I don’t imagine there to be a problem with them fitting in a mummy style sleeping bag. Weight wise the TAC is 3.4 oz and the S2S is 2.5 - this is likely due to the valve weight. The S2S and TAC both have bonded edges and bonded valve seals that are similar in width meaning they both probably hold up similarly for durability.TLDR; I’m returning the SeaToSummit Aeros Pillow in favor of the Trekology Aluft. The TAC valve, although annoying, isn’t enough of a problem to justify the price difference - nearly $25 in my area. While the brushed fabric of the S2S pillow was nicer than the TAC, the Trekology pillow felt more cooling.I will update the review after a few trips.***UPDATE***10/04/2020The “turkey call” sound in the Trek pillow slowly improved but I can still make quite the ruckus inflating the pillow quickly. The nubs on the back weren’t as functional grip wise as I had hoped but still for this price point, I’ll take the TAC over the S2S. It has held up well to a few trips and even naps in the car and a large coffee spill wiped quite easily.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product
Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2020
I got this pillow for backpacking/camping, and it has been everything I hoped it would be. I've taken it car camping and backpacking. It is durable, comfortable, easy to inflate with only four breaths, and is easy to deflate and pack up. So far, after six camping trips, mine hasn't had any leaks. I like that it has rubber dimples on one side to minimize the pillow slipping around while sleeping. I also discovered that it fits perfectly in the hood portion of my sleeping bag. When I draw the string on my bag, my pillow stays put. The valve is great, too. It inflates without losing air, and it has that feature where you can gently press the valve button to deflate it to get your comfort level.

My most recent trip was backpacking in the Ozark Trail. It really does fit in the palm of your hand, is four ounces, and packs up very well. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one to use as a wedge between my legs when I sleep. At home I use a foam wedge between my knees when I sleep to help with hip pain because I'm a side sleeper and getting on in years. When I camp, I get hip pain because I don't have my wedge. Now, with the trekology pillow, no more hip pain!

Edit: I forgot to add the most important part from my original post: comfort! One thing to consider is that this is NOT your comfy home pillow. Once I got that out of my head, it only took a couple of nights to get used to it. I get an excellent nights' sleep with this pillow. I won't go backpacking without it.
