I do not like that the bag leans forward when there is a lot of items inside and contrary to that, if it is not full the bag looks deflated, which is a less professional look as it seems "messy". These 2 items are not a big enough deal to but another but if I'd known this I most likely would not have purchased for the price.

This bag is great for storage. However, it is a softer material and looses its shape. I purchased the pink color and I found because it is not leather or a heavier material it gets dirty very easily. The material is not strong, and I use the bag several days a week. I have a feeling that I will be purchasing a new one relatively soon because this will not hold up. The pink is very pink and I've had people comment on my "Barbie" bag. I do love the storage of it, just wish it was a little more durable.

The way you store your laptop in this bag makes the weight oddly distributed when it comes to placing this on top of a carry on. I was using this as my personal item along with my carry-on luggage and still needed an additional strap to make sure it kept the bag from falling forward OR worse, causing all my luggage to fall over. I tried to redistribute the weight but nothing worked. ALSO, the size of bag does not allow for you to place it under the seat on an airplane (Alaska). Luckily, I was on a couple of flights that were not full so I was able to place it in the overhead but definitely does not fit under the seat if you are maximizing the storage capacity of this bag.
