Bronagh
Bronagh Murphy has been through a lot over the past few years, a hell of a lot, so when her 21st birthday rolls around all she wants to do is relax and spend the day with her family. Quietly.
Her boyfriend, Dominic Slater, doesn't do relaxed or quiet. He never has, and he never will. He plans out a day for Bronagh that is both romantic, and exciting. However, Dominic's version of exciting is very different to Bronagh's as she will soon find out.

Three years later some things never changed. I'm still pissed off with the trash talking between Bronagh and Dominic. This novella was okay. There's a little unnecessary drama, good thing it's tamer than its first book and the sweet moment here is cute.

MY RATING ☆☆☆☆ STARS: Bronagh (Slater Brothers, #1.5)

When I freaking saw that "Fuck Face" and Phat Ass was on Amazon I one clicked this bugga so quick I got whiplash!!
I loved reading more about this crazy dysfunctional couple, times I was giggling then times I was frustrated because I don't know if it was just the copy I bought but the spelling was really really bad *cringes* I'm sorry and then about half way some of the words were missing and made it for really hard reading *cringes again*
But getting over the above I did enjoy this read, it was short, it was funny and it definitely has me waiting for Alex's story..Which I am so hanging out for!!
I fell in love all over again with Dominic, he made this book, he doesn't always have a filter on his mouth but that's what makes us girls claim him as our book boyfriend..
My sides were hurting with the list Dominic had organized for Bronagh for her birthday and her reaction with each one..

This was a great novella!!! I really liked it and in a way i think i really needed it!!!!
Because here we could see how Dominic and Bronagh's relationship was working after three years together....
This book was spinning around one day.... But what a day was that!!!!
It was Bronagh's twenty one birthday and Dominic had plan a big day for her....
As usual, those two were fighting like crazy but they still loved each other...
I liked that we saw how their lives were after all this time!!!!
I also loved the rest of the brothers and all the rest of the people from book one...
I have so many questions about the other stories, so i can wait to read the next book!!!!

No.
E io che credevo che il primo libro fosse stupido.
Questo è molto, ma molto peggio.
Quasi insulso direi.
Ora, so cosa state pensando, fanatiche dei fratelli comesichiamano. Voi che difendete a spada tratta i vostri ormoni letterari, ma sì... Leggo quello che voglio, quando voglio, anche se è una stronzata immane.
Comunque, il problema in sé non sono nemmeno i personaggi maschili del libro, ma (va a rivedere il nome) Bronagh.
Bree o come la chiamano, è in assoluto il personaggio più stupido di cui abbia mai letto in vita mia.
E non sto scherzando.
Persino la protagonista di My Dilemma is You non arriva a contanta povertà intellettuale.
Seriamente, ma sul serio, come minkia è riuscita la scrittrice a inventare qualcuno di così stupido e irritante?
Oddei.
Ma veniamo a noi, che prima finisco e meglio è.
Questa parentesi (che ho letto solo perché dovrebbe introdurre il prossimo libro e magari mandare fuori dalle palle gli altri due), parla del decimo compleanno di Bree. Scusate, ventunesimo.
Il problema di fondo è che sta pirla ha ancora dieci anni mentali.
Comunque, Domic le organizza una giornata piena d’impegni per festeggiare al meglio. Impegni come una scalata indoor in cui lei si lamenterà per ogni fottuto minuto. In cima, troverà un libretto in cui Dominic le ha scritto i 100 motivi per cui la ama.
Sono arrivata al ventesimo, credo.
Avevo già la pellagra.
Sì, sono romantica quanto un calcio in culo.
E dire che mi accontenterei di un libro o una visita al Mac. Ecco la mia idea di romanticismo.
Comunque, poi fanno un pic nic e qui mi sono morti i neuroni di loro che discutono sul fatto che lei sia fuori forma e che deve fare dieta e allenarsi… Ma se dopo ogni cazzo di frase le viene a dire che è sexy, perfetta, ecc ecc… Quali minkia di droghe assume Dominic? Perché le droghe sono la soluzione più plausibile. Ora me la sto immaginando flaccida. Oddio, che bell’immagine.
Poi vanno al bowling, dove ovviamente non poteva mancare una scena lesbo totalmente a caso perché boh… E dopo aver fatto mezza partita di merda scopre che il prossimo regalo è un cane.
Un Husky.
Ora, non voglio fare tanto la morale, perché so che il 90% dei giovani ama prendere i cani solo per l’aspetto estetico, ma per una persona con una personalità da pozzanghera come Bree andava meglio un cane di taglia piccola o una razza più mansueta. Perché l’husky è un grande impegno e…

Povero Dominic… Farà tutto lui.
Comunque, scopano per la seconda volta in sta giornata e la sera vanno fuori a bere.
E qui succede il devasto.
Non solo Bree, che ha la figa magnetica, attrae tutti i maniaci e le teste di cazzo del locale, ma viene messa in mezzo in una battaglia sul ring dove purtroppo non ci rimane secca.
Come se non bastasse, prima di essere quasi uccisa, litiga con Dominic.
Nel giro di mezz’ora avevano concordato di provare a diventare genitori. Ora, so che da quelle parti figliano anche a 14 anni per farsi mantenere dallo stato con i sussidi (e non dite che gli inglesi non sono delle piccole b…), ma seriamente è già tanto se non si ammazzino a vicenda, figuriamoci avere un figlio.
E infatti, mezz’ora dopo, si ritrovano a litigare e sfiorano la rottura.
Perché Dominic le dà dell’immatura.
Che deve crescere con lui.
E che deve smetterla di essere esasperante, ingenua, appiccicosa ecc ecc
Io aggiungerei anche stupida.
In quel momento avrei tanto voluto abbracciarlo.

Grazie per aver finalmente dato voce ai pensieri di tutti.
Ovviamente st’altra non la prende bene da brava bambina qual è, ma ovviamente tutto e bene quello che finisce male… in questo caso. No, come era palese fanno pace.
In conclusione direi che sono felice come una pasqua per essermi tolta sto personaggio insulso dai piedi. Ora, non so bene come siano gli altri, perché a confronto chiunque è meglio di lei, ma ho grandi speranze per i prossimi volumi.

Fuck Face && Phat Arse are back!!♥♥

I raised my eyebrows as I spread my legs a little wider.
“I’m ready.”
Dominic gripped on my thighs. “I know you are dirty girl, but penetration is the last present of the day.”
✓ Bronagh, takes place a couple of years after Dominic where Bronagh and Dominic are now 21 and it's now currently Bronagh's birthday.
I'll be honest and say that Bronagh kind of fell short of my expectations and sort of disappointed me. Here, I was thinking that both of our characters were going to have a mature feel but only Dominic seemed to be.
Bronagh still needed to grow up A LOT. Her quick to throw a fight, tantrums, and aggressiveness was extremely immature and made me feel stunted in her growth and development.
Thank God for Dominic, as he voices to Bronagh about her childish behavior and tells her if she keeps on going this route that it could be a problem for him. It's about time she sees the light.
After all...
Bronagh still needs to quit acting like a child and letting her temper get the best of her before she acts. It is a HUGE factor about her that could eventually be her downfall. Sure, she's not all that bad and can be fiery and feisty towards people and causes she's passionate about. Those are her redeeming qualities. But, Bronagh needs to seriously have a reality check before she gets herself and others in trouble or danger. She's like a hellion on steroids.
And as for Dominic? Well, he's super sexy and dreamy as always… NOT TO MENTION, still *horny + possessive

I swallowed.
God, he was so hot.
"I need-"
"I know what you need pretty girl, and I'll give it to you."
*charming + romantic♥
"I love you far more than just 100 reasons.
You're my everything, pretty girl. I love you."

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah I do, because you always touch me arse before you get out of bed and it wakes me up."
Dominic frowned. "I have to say goodbye to my baby and reassure her that I'll be back."
I forced myself not to smile. "Stop referring to me arse as a separate person, it creeps me out."
Dominic placed all his weight onto his left arm and used his right hand to cover my mouth. "Shhh! She will hear you!"
*AND adamant about what he wants in life
"I love you more that life itself, I swear on my life that I do. i want to have a child with you, I want to be with you forever…but you need to grow up with me."
So he gets a pass from me. But not entirely Bronagh. She does learn her lesson the hard way though. :P
So over all: A not bad read, but I did wish for Bronagh to act more her age. I can't wait to see more of her and Dominic throughout the series as they head down the path toward marriage and babies, but Bronagh did pave the way to make a nice opening for Alec's story and his first meeting with his love interest Keela. I can't wait!!

I know the series continues with the rest of Dominic’s brothers, but I DON’T WANNA READ ABOUT THEM, I WANNA READ MORE ABOUT DOMINIC!
Is it too much to ask for L.A. Casey to make this into a trilogy? UGGGHHH!
At the end of this, Dominic had confronted Bronagh about her immature ways and she agreed to work on them for the sake of ???? (not giving it away). SO, COME ON! There’s enough here for at least 6 more books on Dominic.
I will reluctantly read the next one, not sure which brother it is, but my heart is with Dominic.

Jurava que seriam mil aventuras, Dominic fazendo merda e a pobre da Bronagh sofrendo porque ele estava em perigo ou porque ele causou alguma situação que precisaria ser resolvida para que ninguém se machucasse. Não foi nada como eu esperava!!! E estou muito feliz por isso!!!
Tenho um fraco pelo Dominic desde o primeiro livro, ele é um grosso, infantil, mas com um coração lindo e atitudes tão fofas *swoon* É perceptível o amadurecimento dele nessa novella, a Bronagh, por outro lado, continua com certos rompantes desnecessários.
Esse pequeno volume trata do fortalecimento da relação do casal, da tomada de uma importante decisão e da necessidade da Bronagh prestar atenção em certas coisas.
Dominic é muito lindo e os presentes de aniversário que ele fez pra ela...tão atenciosos *o*

This novella takes place three years after Dominic, and it the whole novella finishes in one day.. It's Bee's bday, she is 21.. she is living with Dominic. He still calls her a bitch and c*nt, and she still tells him to fuck off.
Their whole relationship has not progressed in any positive way. Both are 21 now, and act 12.
They fight, they put their hands on each other in altercations and then they have sex, a lot of sex.
They are still a bunch of childish fkks playing house!
Dominic surprises Bronagh with several presents..and the book he wrote with 100 reasons he loves her? OMG! Psychotic..yes she loves it, but 98 of the reasons he loves have either something to do with her ass, or the sex, or the blow jobs she gives out on a regular basis! Grow the fuck up, both of you!!

I really enjoyed this short, sexy, entertaining novella! While holding true to their flirty, sarcastic, yet loving personalities we adored in the their first book, Bronagh and Dominic go through some growing pains in this story as well. But all is right in their world when the day is done and I could literally read a hundred more books just like this one with these two. And let's not forget those hot Slater brothers! They are all just so much fun! I can't wait to read more in this series.

i actually cried when Nico gave Bronagh one of her birthday presents...and let me tell you, i would love one of those as well.
the others were hilarious as well, a few tense moments, but all cleared out.
and now, oh boy i will start Alec's story...read some reviews that weren't so in 'favour' of Alec's behaviour.....hope it's nothing big...please be so.

Very entertaining read! I forgot how OTT these characters can be, especially Bronagh. She's very immature and has some anger problems but I have hope that she will change.
Wish their book was longer but I'm happy to have at least gotten more of Dominic and his brothers crazy antics :)

(INITIAL REACTION) Oh. My. God. We get more Dominic and Bee (fist pump). This novella is going to ROCK!
"Bronagh loves Dominic, and what Bronagh loves, Bronagh protects."
Three years have passed for the Murphy girls and Slater boys. Bee is now 21 years old and living with Dominic. This little gem takes place on her birthday. Dominic plans an entire romantic day and night for his pretty girl. I was a little shocked when things took a heavy turn that addressed Bee's anger issues and hysterics. I sort of liked that she and Dominic were exactly the same.. Bat shit crazy. I may kick and scream if they change and grow up..
Sneak peak of Alec snuck up on me. I love how it set both Kane AND Alec up perfectly. I'm intrigued by the bisexual playboy.

I love novellas. They make me love the characters even more. And it's a way for the story to never end.
In this novella, I easily spotted the difference in Bronagh and Dominic's characters. Finally, they grew up.
I was happy that they were still going on, solid and strong. And Dominic still proving his love to Bronagh. Quite the romantic man he is.
Bronagh made me mad with all the crying and shouting again and again, I was surprised when Dominic finally had THE TALK. This was needed!

In this follow-up novella, we follow Bronagh and Dominic on Bronagh’s twenty-first birthday and are left laughing as their notorious banter takes flight. But Casey delivers more than just humor. There’s panty (yes, panty) melting scenes where we are reminded of why we fell in love with Dominic in the first place. And swooning, yes Dominic will make you swoon hard as you throw said panties at his face.
If you loved Dominic, Bronagh will not disappoint you.

This book was short, but great. It was funny, sweet, made me cry and even had some action! It also introduced two new female characters. I can't wait to read those stories!

Bronagh is still immature, infuriating and volatile. Everytime she bitches about something I feel like shooting myself. It’s exhausting and annoying as hell. I swear I feel so sorry for Dominic. Poor lad. I was whooping when he finally called her out(bless him, he was so nice and sweet about it) with her borderline abusive verbal and physical attacks.
Honestly, what’s up with the violence in this book? Sometimes jabs, insults and name calling are meant as a joke and can be funny until it get too much and become obnoxious and vicious. Atleast, the author recognized this and I’m glad that at the end, Bronogh decided to take some course in anger management therapy because she needs it something fierce.
With that being said, I actually enjoyed this novella more than the first book. Bronagh was funny as hell, sexy and romantic. Seriously, some parts were so cute and sweet, I was swooning and grinning like a loon. So yes, I don’t like some aspect of it but overall, I still liked it.

Another quick read and part of Dominic. I'm quite enjoy their story. Sometimes it's a bit over dramatic. I still remember this is about Bronagh's birthday, right? Dominic is so sweettt that made me cry. He's ridiculous boyfriend material :D

Aumentei my rating neste livro, vou te dizer porque...
Vamos lá, eu achei que o livro da Bronagh apesar de se passar apenas no dia do aniversário de 21 anos dela, sim o livro se passa 3 anos depois de Dominic, e eu achar que poderia ter sido um pouco mais explorado, como por exemplo, o que realmente vai acontecer depois da grande conversa no banheiro, será que Bronagh realmente entendeu o que Dominic falou pra ela? E o novo desejo da Bronagh, eu sei que isso será explorado nos próximos livros, mas gostaria de ver as decisões na visão de Bronagh e Dominic, enfim eu achei que o livro não foi uma cópia de outras autoras, ele teve uma personalidade própria, que já tinha se desenvolvido da metade para o fim em Dominic e teve mais enfase neste livro.
Eu amei todos os presentes que Dominic deu a ela, achei tudo muito amoroso da parte dele e notei que ele conseguiu amadurecer nesses 3 anos, sim tá caminhando mas já melhorou muito, já Bronagh não mudou nada, eu não me incomodo com as atitudes dela me incomodava as do Dominic, mas perante o grande passo que eles querem dar, ela também precisa mudar e eles tem que parar de brigar por coisas bestas e banais, por favor gente já deu!
É isso meu povo, nos vemos nós próximo livros dos Slaters.

I've given more stars on my rating in this book, I'll tell you why...
Let's go, I thought the book of Bronagh although it happens only on the day of her 21st birthday, yes the book goes 3 years after Dominic, and I think it could have been a bit more exploited, for example, what will really happen after the big talk in the bathroom, does Bronagh really understand what Dominic told her? And the new desire of the Bronagh, I know that this will be explored in the next books, but I would like to see the decisions in the view of Bronagh and Dominic, ultimately I noticed that the book was not a copy of other authors, it had a personality of its own, which had already developed from the middle to the end in Dominic and had more emphasis in this book.
I loved all the gifts that Dominic gave her, I found everything very loving from him and I noticed that he has acquired maturity in those 3 years, yes he is walking but he has improved a lot, but Bronagh has not changed anything, I do not bother with her actions I was bothered by Dominic's, but before the big step they want to give, she also needs to change and they have to stop fighting for stupid and banal things, please people already gave!
