Finally!
As L.A. mentioned, some of us have been wanting this book released more than even she has, and I count myself as one of them! After a couple of frustrating delays, I was stoked to finally see this book was out.
So now the question is, was it worth the wait?

First of all I have to comment on the various covers of this series. I've loved that the covers are relative to the characters, for example: Kane with his scars, Bronagh with her phat ass, and now Branna with her stretch marks. They're perfectly imperfect covers.
Branna and Ryder have never been my favourite couple, only because I felt like they were settled faster and easier than all the rest, so their love story was never particularly exciting. That being said, I enjoyed this little glimpse into where they're at now and what's been happening since Ryder. Now happily married and expecting, I couldn't have been happier for them both. Their interactions were sweet, and Ryder was a very attentive husband to Branna. I look forward to reading more about them both in the next few books.
Highlights of the story for me included Dominic - anytime he was talking or holding mini Pretty Girl(so cute!), the scene at the pub, and all the baby news!! With so many new Slater's here or on the way, my happiness cannot be contained!!

When I reflect back on my favourite things about this story, most of them involve the series other characters. Anytime Bronagh and Dominic were around, I ate up their every word. The few times Alec piped up, he made me laugh and stole the scene. Damien and Alannah's drama has me pumped for Damien's book! But you see, they shouldn't have been my main focus, and they were.
Final Thoughts
I'm glad to have finally read this novella. Now after the way things left off with Damien and Alannah, as I said, I am pumped for the next book!

3* give me strength STARS!
The story told from Branna's POV. After their series of unfortunate events in Ryder's book, now Branna is pregnant. They're married and planned their honeymoon for 2 weeks in a small cabin. I enjoyed how the other Slaters also their little minions made appearance in this book.
Nonetheless, this crazy couple still have a lot of sex. I won't deny that they're so HOT together but I'm still bothered with Branna's on-off attitude. She's also careless with her pregnancy when they fought in the cabin. Ryder want to have five children which is scared me. Branna is right to be anxious because he refused to talk about it and her hormones went crazy.
As the oldest, those two are still immature and stubborn as hell. The positive side is I liked how Ryder told her body is beautiful no matter what. No one is perfect. Everybody has flaws. However, I'm not a big fans of children suddenly popping out. All the brothers and their women are really childish sometimes. Well, just give me Damien's story already! Alannah already out of control with her tantrums.

Since the first book I fell in love with this family. It has drama, good hot sex scenes, people with strong personality and a bit of comedy. For those who accompany the autor at her social media, already noticed how much she's fun and she puts much of this in all of her books. I laughed a lot with BRANNA. Especially with Alannah and Bronnagh.
Maybe because is a novella, the story is more light. What we missed a bit at RYDER - the couple in love - now we see a lot. And I melted a little bit more for this Slater brother. Be mine forever Ryder!!! *in love*

I think that who liked the series so far will not be disappointed. And the best is at the end with the introduction of the most wanted story by the fans of the Slater brothers: Damien's book!!! It´s real, guys! The. Prologue. OF. DAMIEN. It left me trembling with each line. Like Alannah would say: " oh God, oh God, oh God!" LOL. I CAN NOT WAIT. I want his book now. OMG!
I highly recommend BRANNA. It's a fast reading and it made me really happy to see all of my boys again. All the brothers and their women appears and interacts making the story even more fun. Now we just have to wait for Dame and Lana.

Desde o primeiro livro me apaixonei por essa família. Tem drama, boas cenas quentes, pessoas com personalidade forte e um pouco de comédia misturada. Para quem acompanha as redes sociais da autora, já reparou o tanto que ela é zueira e ela coloca muito disso em seus livros. Dei muitas risadas em BRANNA. Principalmente com a Alannah e a Bronnagh.
Por ser um conto, a história é mais light. O que sentimos falta em RYDER - o casal apaixonado - agora vemos bem mais aqui. E me derreti mais um pouquinho por esse irmão Slater. Vai ser lindo assim lá em casa!! *in love*
"Não é minha culpa que minha esposa é gostosa", ele respondeu.
Eu sorri para ele. "Você fez eu me sentir bonita".
"Você é bonita."
Creio que quem gostou da série até agora não irá se decepcionar. E o melhor está no final com a introdução da história mais esperada pelos fãs do irmãos Slater: o livro do Damien!!! É serio, gente! Um. capítulo. do. Damien. Foi de me deixar tremendo a cada linha!! Como diria Alannah: "oh God, oh God, oh God!" hahaha. EU NÃO TO AGUENTANDO. Quero logo o livro dele. Aiiii!
Super recomendo BRANNA. Leitura rápida e deu pra matar saudade (só um pouquinho) dos meus garotos. Todos aparecem e interagem tornando a história mais divertida. Agora é aguardar ansiosamente o Dame e Lana.

This was a nice short story from Branna's point of view. I liked this book much better than "Ryder". In this book we enjoy more Ryder and Branna as a couple and how their life is now after the accident... Now they were married and on the way to have a little one...or two...???
Their relationship was like it should have been to newlyweds...And after what they had been through that was a nice change...They were good, sweet and loved each other. I loved how Ryder was with Branna and her insecurities that all pregnant women have, he made her feel beautiful and sexy. Their love life took a great turn and they couldn't keep in their pants for long...
"I love your body, but I married you because your soul matches mine...and because I love you more than life itself. Our looks will change over time, but our souls won't. I will always love you, and I will always want you no matter what you look like..."
In this reading we learn a lot of things about the other Slater brothers as well, and how was life so far... New babies were born and other babies were on the way to make their family even bigger and loud, and of course all brothers were melting around the babies...
The only thing I didn't like was how stupid Branna acted when they got in an argument about their future babies and how recklessly she reacted about it.
Overall a nice short story from the Slater brothers. I CAN'T wait to read Damien's book! I was waiting for it since I finished Dominic and guess what? It'll be the last in this series...Fuck my luck!!!
But it's ok I overcame this small detail (yeah right!!) and now it's on the way, so I have to suck it up for a little more...

Luv this series.
This series just keeps getting better. The men keep getting better and hotter. The woman just get more sassy and sexier. I luvd the story it was great to see that Branna and Ryders relationship as got so much stronger even though they have always been a great couple but after the last book things did get hard for them. So I really liked see how strong they were in this. I also liked that the other characters were in this like the other books but it's great to see how they have grown so much from Dominic and Brongh who are the first books to Ryders and Branna they have al grown so much. The ending was a total killer I need more of Damien and Alannah from the last few pages of Branna to the preview we get of Damien I just need that book so bad I just know from that chapter that I m goin to luv it like the rest of the books. I would highly recommend this book and series there just brilliant. There full of drama sexy hot men what more could u want.

4 – 4,5 sexy daddy stars
I was really suprised when I saw that Branna is live! So I dropped everything, did happy hula dance and started reading.
And what can I say? Branna is awesome story about pregnancy, motherhood, love and family. The most important values in our lives. Full of humor (like twerking), and also heart squeezing moments (ending and honeymoon episode). Perfect conclusion of previous book and a good hint for another story (can I have Damien tomorrow?)
And I was right in my assumptions… (babies… babies everywhere)
This body is growing my baby, and I’ll be damned if you don’t know how sexy that is or how stunningly beautiful each mark is

What makes these so good, is that while it’s a different couple every book, you still get to see your favorites. The interactions are amazing. But I’m glad Branna and Ryder are. I’m finally getting Damien! This has been a long time coming.

May 2, 2018I understand that when life gets in the way, sometimes things don't go as planned. I understand that when writing, if your literature isn't up to your standards you don't want to share it. I also know that when you have fans, who preorder every single one of your books, finish them within a day of release, and can't wait for their next dose of Casey-writing you should probably not keep them in the dark. I'm through with being given release dates just for them to blow past, but could we fans get some sort of acknowledgement that it's in the works? Writing is happening?

In a way, I'm mad with L.A. Casey for these small novels between the actual books because they're delaying me from the actually story, especially in here that I was waiting Damien and Alannah's book forever!!!
But I have to admit that in a way these novels are used as a bridge to the next book and they are making us thirst for more and to can not be able to wait to grab the next book in our hands...
Well, in here we saw Branna and Ryder after their wedding and they were about to go for their honeymoon in a cambin somewhere far away from the rest of the guys...
As they are finally in their happiest moment of their life, since their baby is on the way, they are more in love than ever!!! And they deserved it after the hell that they went through in the previous book....
Silly arguments with serious results, worry and the hearing of something unbelievable... that they have to share with the others are on the menu here....
At the same time, the rest of the bunch are fighting with their own reality...
Bronagh are losing herself in a way and she is miserable... Dominic is doing his best to be beside her...
Kane and Aideen are on their way to become parents... Again!
Keela and Alec are their usual selves....
And of course, there is a huge development in the non-relation of Alannah and Damien....
Hmmm... So what will happen with them after all???
Too much waiting for those two, i can add!!! And I can not wait anymore!!!!

5-Slater-Stars.
I have to say that waiting for this novella was exhausting, I kept checking (aka stalking) all the pages to get my greedy little fingers on this pot of gold, to which I was not disappointed.
I was so flipping excited when this was published, I squealed causing three people to look over the top of my booth. I sheepishly let them know I was sorry for the disruption, they just rolled their eyes and went back to the day… pfft co-workers. Of course, I’d already 1-clicked and it sitting face up on my beloved Kindle. I could not keep the smile off my face for the rest of the work day.
Where was I? Oh right, reviewing Branna.
My heart just oozes whenever I read a Slater Brothers story. I am not sorry in the slightest.
I fell in love with Ryder in the last story, and his love for his brothers, Bran and their nieces & nephews was really highlighted in Branna. It just makes me swoon for him over & over & over again.
Looking forward to the next Slater story and uncovering all of Damien’s layers, and of course more Slater babies.

i couldn't wait for this one to be released and it did not disappoint the only downside was i wanted more, i cannot get enough of this family, the Slater brothers first rocked my world with Dominic and now i am hooked bring on Damien, Branna is a delight to read she is like the girl next door to me and i live that, you also get a look at Ryder and the way she seems him which is different to the Ryder when we read his book so it does not feel like you're reading the same but also give you your fill of the Slater boys in all their glory :) short but great read loved it !

So glad this book finally came out. It was great and there were tons of laughs. Now I really can't wait for Damien's book!

Explicando a série muito rapidamente, a autora dá-nos a conhecer a história dos irmãos e o desenvolvimento do casal nos livros dos rapazes ( Dominic, Alec, Kane e Ryder) e depois, no intervalo entre o lançamento dos livros, lança uma pequena história na perspetiva das raparigas. Esta história costuma ser pequenina…apenas para nos deliciarmos e rirmos um pouco mais com este grupo de amigos.
Como de costume, o livro da Branna é super divertido…com um pequeno drama no meio, apenas suficiente para tornar a história ainda mais interessante. Tudo parecia bem na lua-de-mel do casal quando uma pequena discussão faz com que a Branna quisesse ir fazer uma caminhada pela floresta. No meio do frio e da escuridão, ela tem um pequeno acidente que a faz voltar para a sua cidade, diretamente para o hospital…onde recebe uma notícia fantástica. Que notícia?? Vais ter de ler para descobrir ;)
Se ainda não leste nenhum livro desta série eu aconselho vivamente, porque além de ter uma história interessante…a risada é garantida ;)

Branna by L. A. Casey, is the novella that bridges the fourth and fifth books of the Slater Brother series.
I enjoyed Branna as a quick read and a reminder of the characters that I love - the five Slater brothers and the women that captured them. They've had so many trials, hardships and worries in the previous books that Branna is refreshing with very little angst and only minor worries. Branna was a total fluff piece but served its purpose well.
Damien's story, the last Slater brother in the series, is due out soon. Branna was the quick update needed in preparation for Damien. Damien and Alannah had their final fallout that will drive them to address it or leave it to rest forever. It also appears that the Collins siblings will be front and center in the storyline, thus paving the way for the spinoff series. I'm so ready to read where Casey takes us next.

I feel like I'm reading about the same characters in every book. All of the girls and boys act exactly the same, share the same viewpoints. It's a little strange how all of the guys want 5 kids each and the girls are just agreeing to it like yeah I want 5 kids too! I just wish l.a. Casey would make everybody different. Another thing is I feel like in every book someone gets pregnant. I'm gonna go ahead and take a wild guess about the ending of Damien........Alannah gets pregnant? I will continue to keep up with this series because I did love the first few books I just hope l.a. Casey changes it up a little in Damien.

It was a fun little novella.
It made me so curious for Damien and Allannah their story, who am I kidding? I was curious from the first one!
I loved the entire series but this one I enjoyed very much, it has a bit of drama but much less than in the other ones. I just love the bond between the brothers and the bond with the wives. It's so relaxing and fun. They banter with each other and have the funniest words for each other. I wish I had that, it's so fun to read that I wish for it myself.
Sorry for the small review, but I just don't know what else to say.

This status is a very important update on BRANNA.
I know all of you are going to hate this, but Branna needs to be pushed back until August 23rd. I know a reason or excuse should be required, but I can't say more than I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Branna IS coming, just at a later date.
I hope you all understand. I understand for all of you that it's disappointing, I really do, and I'm very sorry.

Another amazing installment to one of my favorite series, The Slater Brothers<3
I wholeheartedly love this family. I cried and laughed and swooned over Ryder and the rest of the alpha loving brothers, the crazy fun heroines, and all the babies. The author could write another 20 books and I wouldn't hesitate to one-click! Definitely worth the wait :)
I am dying for Damien and Alannah's book now! I can't wait to see their story unfold, I'm sure it will be angsty.

I think my rating is a little bias considering I'm still upset we had to wait that long, I just honestly think for the time we waited, the book was not worth it. You hardly get to see everyone (I think Aideen was in the book once) and the problem she tries to create between Branna and Ryder is over as soon as it starts. At this point, I'm excited for the series to be over. I have lost love for her as an author.

OMG so so so worth the wait, L.A has done it again with Branna's book, and she made me laugh so hard i almost peed lol this is a must read. I'm really looking forward to reading Damian's book now.
