Purchased these on a whim. I am usually not a big advocate for supplement use, but after reading multiple verified reviews, I thought, what the heck, I will give these a try.

The first few days back in the gym, I didn't feel much different, but I also didn't think much of it. After about 2 weeks of working out, I was noticing I was healing a lot quicker than usual, and was able to up my weight and workouts exponentially. I feel as though my mood, and vitality have reached new highs. These are not a get ripped quick pill, nor do they claim to be, but they are a great component to any workout plan. I would definitely recommend these to anyone, especially anyone in their 30's or above for a nice pick-me-up, and assist in the gym.

I cant really rate this product, since I stopped using it...soon after I started using it for mental clarity, which it worked fine for, I started getting kidney stones that required a trip to the Emergency Room of the local hospital, where a catscan showed two stones and a boatload of powder in my bladder. I stopped using the product, flushed out the stones and powder, waited a week and tried the product again, and within a couple of days, had stones and pain once again. this was the only change to my diet during those two weeks, so I am convinced this was the culprit, however the folks at Blue Star are only convinced that their product does not produce kidney stones...they were not even open to the possibility of it, but since I have stopped taking their product, I have not had any pain nor another kidney stone. Basically their only response to my emails was that I purchased the wrong product for mental clarity. My response was that it was highly doubtful that I would use their products ever again.

I haven’t been taking this long enough to know how well it actually works but my muscles feel more tight and I feel more bulky the next day after a good work out than usual. I wanted to make this review because I saw lots of people claiming these are fake. I bought some from the website and from this amazon seller to compare and they are the exact same product both pills smell and look the same (gel capsule with some dried herbs). Both came sealed the same way and have the same labeling. I even popped open the pills, tasted them both and it’s the same. Nothing led me to believe that this is a fake pill vendor, as others are claiming.
