Needed a PA for our family reunion

Wonderful customer service. Perfect recommendation for what was needed. Quick delivery time. Simple to use. Made our family reunion a huge hit especially when you have many elderly who are hard of hearing. Lol

Great value

This system is powerful, convenient, and clear for speaking at moderate to high levels and for background music at moderate levels. Battery life is great and controls are very easy to use. The microphone it comes with will get you out of a pinch but is basically a toy. Use a better mic for better sound. An excellent value for the price.

Underrated speaker

This is my second speaker. I have the pro version but decided this version is cheaper. It is a loud speaker especially for speech and great for back up music. Bass is tight with loud mid range and decent highs. I played music for two hours at least 85% volume on battery. No distortion, no problems. People want to hear clear sounds. Easy set up layout with simple knobs for control. With two of these speakers, I have a good system to do ceremonies, speeches, and small venues of about 200 people per speaker. Thinking of purchasing another speaker for back up. What I really like about this product is the sound! This speaker sounds great. I wish however the speakers had a thru out to connect two other speakers. I can connect two speakers using the Flow 8 mixers no problem. I have been doing sound since the late 70s to now. Perfect setup for people who want simplicity and reliability for any gig, this Behringer deserves careful consideration. When I have a chance, I will post my setup on youtube. I would like to acknowledge Sweetwater staff (Mike Arango) who worked with this purchase.

Music background: Live sound, DJ, since the late 70's

Loud and clear

Used this PA since the sound system went down in our church. About a minute or less, I was ready to go. Unfortunately some doubting Thomas's decided to repair the system. Finally the main sound system could not be repaired. I finally asked one of the leaders to go in back for sound check. I got on the mic and tested the volume and he gave a the thumbs up. After hearing how loud this unit was, people prepared for the meeting. I believe the size of the Behringer mpa40bt pro wasn't convincing. O ye of little faith. We had 200+ people present. There's a lot to like about the Behringer mpa40bt pro. Setup is quick and performance is awesome. I'm ordering another speaker for more coverage.

Music background: No degree in sound but over 40 years of sound reinforcement experience

10 stars if I could

5 stars for this PA. It's light, it has a very good sound. I was playing outside, in an open area so i had to crank the master volume. Zero distortion. I read the reviews comparing it to the BOSE S1. I don't think that is a fair comparison, but for the money, this is a very good PA

This why I would give another 5 stars, if that were possible. I contacted my service rep, Cliff Hackleman. I asked him a bunch of questions about this unit. It was obvious, when he got back to me, that he had done his research. Based on his answers I made the purchase. Sweetwater's tracking device is very good. So I was waiting for the delivery. I then got a message from Fed Ex saying it had been delivered. It hadn't. I contacted Cliff immediately.i mentioned last we have a video doorbell and that Fed Ex had never showed up. I even drove around the neighborhood to see if it had been delivered at another home. It hadn't
I told Cliff that I had needed it for a job. He jumped through a bunch of hoops and got another unit expedited to me. It arrived two days before my gig. So I had time to try it out. I certainly am not one of Cliff's top clients, but he treated me as if I was. BTW: The battery was fully charged
The gig went very well. We were all social distancing. The audience was about 20 to 25 feet from me. They had no problem hearing
