Fantastic! Works as advertised!
Very pleased. Easy to inflate, deflate and store. Comes with a hand pump and only took a couple minutes to inflate and little effort. Had good customer service. I emailed how to properly fold the Dog Dok to the email address provided with the instructions and got a same day response on a weekend day.Only took our dog a couple times to figure out how to enter, but once she did, it was easy for her. She started to treat the entrance as a Baja deck as the day got hotter! Lol. She is a retriever that weighs 80+ pounds. The device says that it is capable of handling dogs up to 200+, and I believe it. The materials are very solid. Says not to inflate past 5 psi, I don’t think I even got to 3. I just made sure it was solid and stable before placing in the water. We did, however, use our own dock lines instead of the ropes provided as they seemed too slick to hold a knot. Looks real nice as it matched the Sea Dek on our boat as the video above shows. Very pleased with the product. Can’t talk durability because we just purchased. Anyway, we like it.

We bought this is April thinking its main use would be at the lake tied up to our Pontoon boat. We wanted to get Jax familiar with it, so we put it in our pool first. Jax will not even get in the pool unless we put his Dok in the water first! He hangs out in the swing part, lays his front legs over the side and beckons his father to push him around the pool like he's on his own personal little motor boat! We took it to the lake for the first time yesterday. What a game changer! He was on and off the boat more times than I can count and we never once had to help him! We love how sturdy this is. We have no fear of it being punctured in any way. This is definitely Jax approved but we approve too! Thank you for creating such an amazing Dok!
