You can let me know you wish to return your item within 14 days of delivery (if you are in the EU) or 7 days (rest of world). You will have to pay the return postage fee and if a customs label is required on the package you must clearly label it as “Return”. I do not accept returns after the 14/7 day period expires.

Only once your item has been returned and confirmed as undamaged will you receive a refund of the item cost ONLY.
You will not be refunded any initial or return shipping costs incurred for sending the item back and forth.
Refunds will not be given for damaged items.

I ship from the UK via Royal Mail. Its Royal Mail Second Class Signed For (aims to deliver in 3 days of dispatch date) if you are in the UK, or Royal Mail Tracked (aims to deliver 3-5 weeks of dispatch date) everywhere else. Tracking numbers will be provided on the dispatch emails.

I make sure to bubble wrap all items. More wrap will be used for items that are deemed more fragile. Items are then packaged in plain brown cardboard boxes with "FRAGILE" tape marked on multiple sides. Cardboard boxes are taped up well to best prevent them coming open during transit.

For smaller items I may use plain packet envelopes that are already lined with bubble wrap. Again, FRAGILE tape will be marked on the envelope.

While I do my best to make sure items are packaged and protected securely and marked as FRAGILE to prevent damage, I cannot control how packages are treated in transit.

As all items I send have some form of Tracking Identification, I will need to raise an enquiry into the location of the missing package with Royal Mail in the first instance. This may take up to 20 days for UK or 30 days elsewhere.

Once Royal Mail has confirmed the package has indeed been lost, I will EITHER

1) Send out a replacement package at no charge to you.
OR
2) Issue a full refund for the cost of your item and shipping costs.

While I understand the delay in receiving the item you paid for is frustrating, I cannot take responsibility for lost items.

I try my best to get items dispatched before the shown dispatch date.

However, I cannot guarantee this. Please assume that your item will be shipped and delivered to the times shown in "Delivery" for each item description

Unfortunately, while I do my best to package your item securely, I have no control over how your item is treated during transit.

It’s terrible when an item you pay for arrives damaged. I can go about fixing this one of two ways:

1) Send me as many images as you can from different angles of the item showing the damage. An image of the packaging with shipping / customs label is also required.

I can then send you a replacement item out at no extra cost to you

OR

2) Send me as many images as you can from different angles of the item showing the damage. An image of the packaging with shipping / customs label is also required.

I can then refund the cost of your item ONLY. I cannot refund any shipping costs.
