I had a little worry about the logistic since I read many delayed delivery comment on the web. However this was not the case. In fact, the parcel arrived 2 days earlier than estimation.
The material and build quality of the keyboard is excellent. Packaging is simple yet well design to house all component inside with minimum material. In fact, it was sturdy enough to be reused as a makeshift toolbox. You may not want to throw it away. This deserve another praise.
However the numpad always disconnected. After googling I found many user encountered this problem as well. After taking all measures I could, I sent an email to the customer support for help. Reply just said the numpad wasn't faulty and suggest me to contact amazon warranty support. I didn't feel any real "support" here.
Still, if I removed the numpad, the remaining keyboard still work perfectly. Suddenly I had a brainwave and remove the media dock instead of the numpad. Now the numpad worked perfectly with the main keyboard.
It seems the keyboard was so power and data demanding with full set up. It's description, USB 3.2 gen 1 required, may not be enough. I guess connecting the keyboard to a USB 3.2 gen 2 or above port might make it fully operational. However I didn't have any available device to test it out. In my case, I could only choose to let either media dock or numpad attached.
Side note: it appears that Mountain created duplicate listings for this product to hide negative reviews, so I am copying my review from another listing. shame on Mountain
I use this keyboard with an MSI Raider GE77 Core i9 10th gen GTX 2080
Cons:
- The software for this keyboard (Base Camp) is poorly developed, so this keyboard is not as useful as you might think.
- Base camp settings are obnoxiously slow to change. Other programs like Logitech G Hub can change settings within seconds, but for base camp it's going to be minutes to make simple changes. I am also disappointed that for such an expensive keyboard, even the software for Red Dragon products works substantially better
- Key bindings are unreliable. You can "change" them in base camp, but they don't save to the keyboard. In other words, after you spend the time to program something for a specific key and when you press it, nothing happens. Alternatively, you might re-program a key binding and find out that it activates a previous function. This happens across profiles also, even when the "sync across profiles" feature is disabled.
- macro editor is lackluster
- Per key RGB lighting does not work
- the length of usb-c to usb-c extension cables provided is not a useful length. The accessories do not work with third party extension cables
- the media dock has buttons but they do not have any type of lighting. they are black buttons on a black panel so they are hard to see when using in low light conditions
- the display dial of the media dock is incredibly slow. I avoid using it because of how sluggish it feels
- you can set up profiles in base camp and give them unique names. when you use the display dial to change profiles, you can only see the profile's number so if you don't have the profile order memorized, the ability to switch with the display dial is unhelpful
Pros:
- the appearance of the keyboard and the packaging appear to be premium
- the RGB effect when you plug it in for the first time is super neat
- the magnetic feet are nice for adjusting the angle of the keyboard
- the main usb cable feels like a premium cable
- the movable number pad is super useful. I rarely switch it to the left side, but I remove it regularly
Update:
Two weeks after posting this review the keypad stopped working entirely. It won't light up nor does my computer recognize it. This happened when my computer was not in use so it is not related to any physical damage or mishandling.

Instead in it's place it have "Fn" key. Witch is useless.
That is not ascceptable for Windows/Linux keyboard above 20$. And especially to this one.
When I contacted support they told me to remap "Fn" key to Shift+F10. In some applications it behave like menu key, and in some it doesn't.
Keyboard cabel wass packed in such way that it looked like UsbC to UsbC cabel. So after opening it, I ordered UsbC to Usb converted, instead using keyboard. And because of that I lost chance to return and ask for refund. After unpascking cabels I find out there actually is UsbC to Usb cabel included with keyboard.
Missing menu key is sad. Especially because whole rest of keyboard is really high quality.
Numpad attachment is bit loose, but that's not a big deal for me.
