ATTENTION:
1. If only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time then the tens can work properly. If plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 or 6 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.
2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer is set for 10-60 minutes. The max timing for one running is 60 minutes. If you need more therapy for longer than 60 minutes, you need to reset it.

1. The TENS Unit Machine can only provide temporary relief or reduction of pain.
2. Do not use this device during pregnancy.

How to use?
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the device.
2. Press the M button to navigate through the mode menus and look for a suitable Mode.
3. Place the electrodes on the desired area for treatment and connect them to the device.
4. Use the +/- setting buttons for channel A and channel B to select the impulse intensity you want.
5. Press A/B button to select the massage channel that you want to operate.
6. Adjust the using time by pressing the T button.

A classy, elegant presentation elevates this product's worth as a gifting option. The device is a solid design, that offers a professional appeal with user friendly interface.I own a number of TENS/EMS devices, and they tend to have a similar design that looks almost like old smartphones. This is more of a minimalist, industrial feel, with a good visual display that's clear and basically self-explanatory.The layout of the buttons, how they are marked for identification, and the size of the display contribute to a good user experience. Operation is fairly straightforward. You connect the desired pads to the wires and affix the pads to the skin, then plug the wires into the A/B ports. Press the power button, and the display will light up. Don't worry about a sudden shock, because it defaults to zero intensity. Press the M button to select the mode. Next, you select either set of wired pads via the A/B button (one pair of pads is wired to the A port and the other pad pair is wired to the B port). Once you select the A or B, you can use the +/- button to adjust the intensity. As you increase the intensity, you'll start to feel the TENS/EMS effect (often described as vibration massage effect). Set the intensity for both A and B. Use the T button to set the timer function. Trust me, the description sounds more involved than the actual process.The pads use snap connectors (as opposed to pig-tail connectors), and the product includes a decent starter supply. They can be used more than once, just make sure to clean the target skin before affixing the pads. Then, when the pads are removed, place the clear plastic sheet back on the sticky side of the pad. The cleaner you keep the pads will optimize the number of uses.This TENS/EMS device packs more than ample power. Initial tests on the thigh muscle, I used levels 2 and three. This delivered an appropriate treatment strength.The device is compact and light weight. It includes a drawstring pouch which seems waterproof (the fabric seems waterproof, not the bag itself). The only thing missing is a USB power plug. It comes with a usb charging cable; So, you either use an available usb port or a spare usb power plug.Overall, the product matches the description and images in the product details. It satisfied expectations, proving itself to be a very credible TENS/EMS device. Attached are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference. This product earns a very high level recommendation.
