Zoom for Dummies feels like a cross between a textbook and corporate manual. It is filled with keystroke-by-keystroke instructions to do many things, like create accounts for an entire company, but is very difficult to navigate and find answers to my dumb questions.

As yet but answered my questions so far.
UPDATE: printing defect I complained about turned out to be a one-off - replacement copy was fine.
