I'm very happy with these bowls.  A lot of reviews described them as flimsy which had be worried, but I am extremely happy with how sturdy they are for the price.  Yes, I have sturdier bowls, but I don't need them to withstand extreme conditions.  They will stand up to everyday use beautifully.  Might dent if they drop.   Might not.   I haven't tried that.

Great bowls for the price

I ordered these stainless steel bowls to replace a set of plastic mixing bowls after seeing specks of plastic in a white cake mix. I feel much more comfortable now preparing food with these stainless steel bowls.  The bowls are light weight, sturdy, and easy to store.  The largest bowl has been very useful.  Many sets I looked at did not include a large 8 qt. bowl.

Great bowl set

I love mixing bowls and have many.  But I've noticed that ever since I got this set, I stopped using others.  It's so nice to have bowls of different sizes for everything I need, they are light, the shape is perfect, easy to clean, minimum storage place.

It is a must-have kitchen item !

I ordered these for my husband and he loves them. He uses them to toss wings in sauce, mix seasoning on chicken, and they are deep enough to stir ingredients without splashing everywhere. They do have a metallic smell to them, but I assume that smell will eventually go away the more we wash them.

Like the many sizes the bowls come in and I can use them for my instant pot. They are excellent for baking and easy to clean. Glad I bought them.

A Bowl  for all seasons

I am a major home cook and have been cooking for over 45 years.   I am now also cooking for my elderly neighbors and doing more canning.  I knew when I purchased these that they would be of lesser quality due to pricing, however I wanted stainless because they are easier to keep sanitized without holding a film, I wanted a variety of sizes and I did not have to worry about 'beating' them up.  I have only had these a few days yet have used all for a variety of things so far. 
The cons are that they are very thin and the base of the largest one buckles (returns with a push).  The pros are the variety of sizes, their flat bottoms making them not tipsy, the quantity and the price (price is indicative of the quality and not worth more than what I paid).  If you are looking for heavy duty...which I was not... then these are not for you.  If you are looking for something you can beat up without feeling bad about it... pull the trigger and get these.  I am happy with them.  4 star rating due to variety and price....NOT quality.

These mixing bowls bleed! Whatever they sprayed on them to give it that nice metal shine wipes right off when you wash them! I can imagine this is not good for your health at all! Don't waste your money!

Bleeding Bowls! Don't waste your money!

I was disappointed with the quality of these bowls. They are very light weight stainless steel similar to aluminum and can easily  dent and discolor due to the poor material . These are not pure stainless steel . The one positive is the price and the different sizes . But I would not expect them to last that long . Good if you are looking for something very functional but unimpressive .

The 2 quart  bowl was defective, it arrived with a cut on the rim of the bowl.  Did not notice at first glance when unpacking the set and as I was handwashing them, the cleaning sponge sagged on the cut.
