I purchased the TST-507 with 10 CAP sensors to cover my truck and trailer. At the time of purchase, they were just over $600 with the $55 coupon. Pricey, but so is a new wheel and tire and subsequent repairs from blowouts, so I felt the investment was justified.I have a dually truck and a 24' trailer with tandem axles (4 wheels). Based on other reviews we do not expect to need the repeater, however I will revisit this review if we do.NOTE: Be sure to follow the instructions IN ORDER for easy installation. They are easy to read, but I added some notes to the review that I thought would be helpful.Default setting is for tractor trailer tires (way too high) so the PSI & High/Low pressure alarms had to be set for my non-commercial equipment. DO THIS FIRST. Its nice they provide a guide to set the alarm levels - High alarm is 25% over PSI rating on tire, Low alarm is 10% under PSI rating on tire.Once that is done, refer to the graphic in the instructions (see picture) to determine which locations you wish to pair. I used a highlighter to color in the locations I was going to use. It came in handy during the pairing process. There is no right or wrong selections, just what makes sense to whomever is going to use the display. Make sure to identify the sensors using the supplied sheet of numbering labels.Now pair the sensors either using Option #1 (vehicle not needed) or Option #2 (vehicle needed). I had 9 sensors that paired with no issue using Option #1. I’ve installed my TPMS on a Class C motorhome and Jeep JLU “toad”. I consider this an essential component for “situation awareness” on the road. I installed these on the 6 RV wheels (no internal TPMS from factory) and on my Jeep (which has internal TPMS for normal street driving). I had a set of four cap style senders that I used on the Jeep and effortlessly link to the newly purchased control unit. To decrease centripetal force you can remove the external dust caps and these senders will work fine. Aired up all10 tires for a short three night trip and cross checked readout with a dial-type tire pressure gauge and control unit and tested accurate. You can disable the toad sensors per the easy to understand operators manual when your not towing. Many will remove the senders from their driver if not towing it ( just mark the identifier number to know which tire the sender is linked with). Works great!

The setup was straightforward and easy to program the sensors. We have a 38 ft motorhome and pull an SUV for a total of 10 tires. The system worked fine on a 5K mile trip and startled us a couple of times when the high pressure alarm sounded while driving - I had set the limits too low for our rig up. The enclosed repeater works fine for carrying the signal from the towed vehicle. Well pleased with the system. Negatives: I should have upgraded to the flow thru sensors (my fault). The little wrench in the box was not adequate for dually wheels in our case and during our trip, one of the sensors allowed some air to escape and caused a low pressure alert. The sensor was replaced with a stem cap and the leak stopped - eventually, I applied some Teflon tape to the valve stem threads and this solved the problem. Otherwise, a great product.

My 5th wheel came with a Cap TPMS that used a phone app to monitor. I did not like it at all. The app was cumbersome and the TPMS Caps were not reliable.

Bought the TST 507 4 Cap package and could not be happier! It even Id’d a valve stem that had a slow leak! Changed all valve stems to metal for piece of mind. Love the color display and function. Easy to set up and install.

This is not my first TST tire pressure monitoring system. The prior models had the screw-on antenna and in my opinion the range/interference suffered. The alternative was to buy an "extender" which was essentially an antenna at the end of a cable. This model is much better. The setup is relatively easy when you realize you have the option for something like 3 different trailers. Setting the tire pressure high and low and the high temperature warning is also pretty easy when following the instructions. There is an extender with this model, it is connected to the trailer's 12V power. As provided, it is a simple positive and negative wire connection. This results in an "always on" mode. So-I wired a power switch into the connection. I replaced an older TST system that was always alerting due to lost connection. After listening to the alerts for 1200 miles from TN to OR, I made the purchase/upgrade. Not one alert/lost connection on the return trip. These systems have alerted me almost instantly (and way before I would've notices) (AND way before damage occurred) when I had a tire losing air. Wise decision.

Took me awhile to figure out how to set everything, but once past that it works perfectly. Using it on the tires of a 20ft travel trailer towed by a Toyota Tacoma. Don’t need the repeater. Have had no dropouts.

I bought this set to provide a TPMS system for our Tiffin Wayfarer RV. For whatever reason the Sprinter chassis that Tiffin uses as the RV base (3500XD) does not come with a built-in TPMS, although other Sprinter models apparently do.

Easy to set up after reading through the instructions a a couple of times; when assigning the individual sensor codes to the control unit it helps to TOUCH the sensor to the control unit, not just have it sitting nearby. Installation was easy and the system has been working flawlessly ever since.

This product performed flawlessly during my first trip with them installed on my RV and truck.

Travelled nearly 2000 kms in the heat, heavy rain, a lot of standing road water and very rough roads.

The setup initially was “time consuming” but once that was completed, worked as expected.

Battery life is excellent and the display was on constantly for about 7 hrs per day and after three days I charged it but there was still 1/4 charge remaining.

My trailer tires are about 45’ from my display and the booster is attached to my battery at the front of the trailer…. no issues.
