These are a little larger in size than the other brand I had been buying, but I can still swallow two at a time with a bit of water. These are 600mg each capsule and the ones I used before were 275mg, so I can take less or fewer times per day. If you take often, remember to drink plenty of water. I have not had a problem with constipation (TMI), but I hydrate well. I would purchase again.

I had changed brands and like the fact that each capsule is 1200 mg's. I take less pills and if I eat something spicy or that will cause me discomfort I take one more to be on the safe side. I recommend this brand to everyone and if a coworker is have starch issues at work I give them one or two and they are pleased how well the product works. Although it is a little bit expensive one only needs to take one capsule instead of several with less milligrams. I definitely will reorder!
