I like that it's a desktop stand to hold my Surface Pro tablet/computer. And it's nice that it accommodates 2 external displays (one HDMI, the other via a display port). The 4 USBs are nice too, plus the original USB-C and traditional USB ports on the Surface's side are still available to use. I have a lot of digital peripherals to plug in for my work in digital media.
It's a heavy little beast, but that's what keeps the computer stable. Easy to adjust for lighting conditions. Magnet on the bottom base holds the stylus.
I just think it's a bit pricey for all this. I have a little $70 plug-in mini-dock that I use when traveling that gives me nearly all of the functionality, but not quite (only one external display, fewer USBs).
