I used dryer sheets mostly to help remove dog hair from clothes and blankets. I do not like the typical dryer sheet. The scent is nauseating because it’s so strong but I’ve dealt with. Then I learned about the harmful chemicals for myself and my pets. I stopped and used wool dryer balls which did not help
to remove alot of the hair and then I found these. I do not agree with other reviews that say it smells musky or like paper. I didn’t get that at all and it really worked for the hair and softness and zero static cling and it’s safe for my pets on their blankets! I will continue to use this product.

i use 3-4 sheets per load just to get some reduced static, but still get static in every load. waste of money. paper sheets in general are pretty crappy because they curl up when they get hot so they don't release the fabric softener but i've never seen anything so useless as these where i have to use so many and they still don't work.
