Incredibly stimulating for exercise and mental acumen

I bought this to share with my mother and we have both found it incredibly stimulating and innervating and she's found it helpful wth energy during exercise (we both take two capsules when needed). I have take different nootropics to remediate the effects of my ADD and this single supplement works better than anything I've previously tried. I'd say it's just a shade less stimulating than Adderall but without the sense that my adrenals are being taxed and without a comedown (albeit also without the obvious euphoria as well, alas, though I notice some boost in mood from this because it's stimulating so i feel more vibrant on it). My 77 year old mother uses it before she goes on her recumbent bike and she's able to do several minutes more than she does when she doesn't take it. She had Covid last year and then two knee replacements so lots of weakening so it's particularly lovely to see her energized throughout her workout! I notice her memory seems more keen when she's on it so I'm very impressed. I did some cursory research before buying this brand and thankfully someone on Reddit listed the brands that offered the right amount of beta-D-glucans, etc. This company sources their mushrooms in China but it seems that they have a lot of control over the farming practices there and they seem very transparent and test the contents, and while they aren't cheap, they usually offer a coupon and their prices are reasonable when compared with other companies that offer the same nutritive, easily absorbed content. I'm impressed!

I tried these since they were a little cheaper than ND brand and there were more capsules for the price. They helped with energy a little bit, because without cordyceps I am very drained, but nowhere wear as good. I had to take 4 at a time to even feel motivated to do anything. They are probably good if you are new to cordyceps, and are good value for the price. I will stick with ND though

I have taken this for about three weeks now.
Here is what I have noticed (several effects):

-Increased energy. It is a calm, progressive, and clear energy. Cordyceptin in the powder will increase oxygenation of your blood which helps the old noggin, regardless of how old.

-Increased focus: Again, higher levels of oxygen in the blood improve your focus. I don’t know the mechanisms behind how mushroom compounds do this.
I personally feel a heightened level of focus.
I personally have used 2000mg (4 capsules) to achieve these levels and I am flying through tasks like it’s nothing. Less brain fog, less impedance to thoughts. It’s like a flood gate had been opened. This is, however, anecdotal to me. It may be different for you.

Pro tip: buy yourself a good methylated B-complex to pair.

-Increased stamina: I am most definitely noticing increased ability to breathe deeper and last longer under strenuous tasks.
Libido is increased for sure. New mattress will soon be needed.

Fighters- this is for you. That tight chest feeling that you get during an intense sparring bout goes away and you feel like you can push through. Yes you have your limits but you feel like you can lift them with more power and progress. Some of Tyson intensity.

Some notes on this as a “nootropic”.
Studies on rodent brain cells have shown that it actually increases dendritic outgrowth in the frontal cortex more effectively than lion’s mane. It’s also pro-androgenic so you won’t notice a loss of libido.
I believe the hippocampus also has higher levels of dendritic growth (that is, the growth of inter neural connectivity).
The increase over lion’s mane is some 20% more. I personally haven’t noticed some enhanced cerebral miracle with lion’s mane but I feel like cordyceps may take the cake.
There are numerous lab studies on neural growth with cordyceps- check them out.

Overall, I recommend this. I also take their lion’s mane and to be honest, would favour cordyceps over the former. I’d order more cordyceps for sure.
Capsules taste mushroom-y but you don’t take these for culinary zeal.

I do hope my anecdotal experience helps someone. There are plenty of lazy 5 word reviews on here, and I sought to share beyond the norm. I truly back up my experiences.

I’ve been taking these when first waking up in the morning. They give me a sense of alertness and I feel awake shortly after having them.

I would compare the it to having a good night sleep and feeling refreshed, which is surprising as I’ve not been sleeping well recently.

Ok. These totally work. I noticed a difference the first day. I definitely think you need to either eat or drink with them, as my stomach didn’t appreciate them on an empty belly. There easy to swallow, no noticeable flavor. By the third day I was down to morning coffee then around 9am take one and I good all day. Please note I would normal have 4-5cups a day prior. No jitters, no high or lows just a consistent energy. I take one a day, I found it’s enough. Bonus I sleep 💤 fine taking them. Workouts are usual but endurance seems to be leveling up. Perk not as exhausted after workouts. Definitely worth the money you spend!
