4.5 ⭐ Unexpected Ever After contains 17 short stories from so many great authors. I love reading anthologies for two reasons • It's interesting and refreshing to read 'new-to-me' authors, and there's just enough in these stories to give me an idea of their writing style. • It's great to catch up with authors that I 'one-click', and get an additional story from them, which is always a bonus. Captured 5⭐ For me, I was so excited st the inclusion of Captured by Lynn Burke in this anthology. Having devoured The Forbidden Obsession duet (Wanting/Taking), I was not disappointed. Captured follows the story of Leo (who we met in the duet) and Nissa. They meet up at the wedding of her twin sister Ciarra to her long-time love Josh. Also attending were Gideon and Addilyn who are still so loved up. I loved their interaction and how Leo met his match with the feisty Nissa, and that he could be himself with her. It was so heart-warming to read that Leo finally got his HEA with Nissa.

I read each book in the anthology and I enjoyed a majority of them. It's definitely a wonderful anthology that I really enjoyed reading and meeting the different authors and their characters. I reviewed each book and told you my thoughts on each. I was not a fan of the ones who end on a cliff or continue on in a new book coming out soon. But a majority are complete stories that I really enjoyed. I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a revie

Books Reviewed In Order 🤵Best Man: I really loved the beginning of this one Emerson is a smart sassy character and I thought we were in for a bit of a different story. It is a prequel so I'm still not entirely sure where the story is headed but Carter needs to wake up. I'll be interested to see where the story goes. 🦅Night Hawke: Jack and Nolan are hot. This story leads us into a new series coming out in February and if this tease is any indication it's going to run at a quick pace, have plenty of good banter, and sounds like equal amounts of drama and family as well. 👄Leave You Breathless: Alora and Rhett I want so much more of this story. Which hopefully there will be much more in a full length book and three more to follow for Rhett's three brothers. It was definitely entertaining, has a great small town feel. I also read several others before leaving a review and each story just keeps getting better. I can't wait to read more from each author. I have voluntarily left this review
