Good app, but could use a few improvements. 1st, it would be great to be able to modify the daily dozen for the specific ailments addressed in the book. For example, for Prostate to increase flaxseed to 3Tbsp daily and add tomato (lycopene) specifically. 2nd would be the ability to track more than one person, such as being able to check off the items for yourself and your spouse separately. Otherwise, it's a wonderful tool to make sure you're hitting your nutrition goals.

This App works great. Most of the changes I have made to fit in the daily dozen have actually made me enjoy my food more. For instance, when I make pizza now I add in spinach to the tomato sauce to get greens, and this tastes great. For breakfast, I eat frozen berries (defrosted) with various combinations of apples, flax meal, walnuts, nut butters, and so on, and I really look forward to this now. I think a complete fod journal is still best, especially for obese people but this App is good.

Its motivated me to keep up with healthier diet changes. Cruiciferous veggies are my hardest challenge, oh, and daily excercise. It keeps track of streaks, so I end up excercising at night just to keep my streak. Its just a check list with info pages for the definition and example food s for each check list item. no other tracking on this app. I like that, my biometrics go on a different app.
