I've only had these lights for a few days now but here are my initial thoughts. I bought these as a replacement for the Philips Hue Lily lights. I already have a bunch of Philips Hue lights and I love them, but I could not justify spending $340 on those 3 lights. Then I came across this company and did some research and found that some of the developers are ex Philips Hue employee's. Everything that I read were that all Innr lights will synch to the Hue bridge and work with the Hue app, with a few exceptions.
My initial impression when I took these out of the box were, wow they're tiny. The light housing themselves are smaller than the palm of my hand, and I'm not a big guy. According to the stats, they are supposed to be 80 lumens brighter than the Hue Lily's. I can't confirm this but I will tell you that they are bright enough for what I wanted them for. They're not ridiculously bright like the old fashioned spot lights you put on your house at Christmas, but they're not bad. I'm simply using them to throw light onto my house. I will change colors during holiday's. I attached the ground stakes to all 3 lights and attached the cords and stuck them in the ground. Easy enough. Then I plugged them in and opened up my Hue app and added the new lights. They paired with the Hue app within seconds. I was delightfully surprised even though everything I read said it would work.
I have set these up to come on at sunset and turn off an sunrise and grouped them together with some of my other Hue exterior lights. So far they work flawlessly. They change color just like all the other Hue lights I have. The colors seem to be true and vibrant. They even change color with the preset Hue "scenes". One of the negatives is that all 3 lights need to be the same color and there is no way to set the lights to be different colors from each other. Also, these lights will not work with Hue Entertainment.
If you're like me and simply looking for a cheaper alternative to put some color onto your house or garden but already have Philips Hue, you can't go wrong with these. I bought these for $169 and will most likely buy another set.
