a chance for love

Iskander doesn't know what he has in a relationship with Siobhan until she disappeared. He enjoyed their 3 years together, but it didn't end on a happy note.
Siobhan secretly was hoping for more, but the way they parted she couldn't forgive him .
Now that he realizes he loves her , how is he going to.convince her to give him another chance.
this story has romance, love of family, steamy, and sadness. I enjoyed listening to this story narrated by Gomez Pugh, Grace Grant. they both brought all the hear and soul to each of the characters.

Enjoyed

Iskander and Siobhan. This is more of the journey of their friendship. We learn more about Siobhan's foster 'siblings'. We see Iskander open up and share more of his feelings. I enjoyed listening to the story today. Nice to fill in some of the puzzle pieces of the family.

I need more of Gomez Pugh's voice!

You want angsty romance with a friends-with-benefits trope? This one is chock full !
Islander and Siobhan have been FWB for 3 years.. yes, 3 years!

Things I loved about this book:
Getting Iskander's book.
Falling for Siobhan because she's perfect for him.
Getting glimpses of the characters in other Claudia books, not just Luna Bay!

The ending was bittersweet and more than a little sad, but it did have a HEA.

Loved hearing a brand new to me voice, Gomez Pugh. Wowza.. his voice is ah-mazing!! I need more of him! Paired with Grace Grant, who I enjoy listening to as well.

Beautiful Story

I loved reading the book but listening to Grace Grant and Gomez Pugh put voices to Iskander and Siobhan and theirir story was wonderful. I was ticked off with Iskander attitude for most of the book so I was glad he had to grovel to win Siobhan's heart.

A fitting conclusion to the series

I could not wait to listen to Truly You and it was wonderful being back in Luna Harbor for Iskander and Siobhan's story which had me hooked from the first chapter to the last. Having read their novella, Maybe It’s You previously, I could not wait to read their continued story.

Gomez Pugh and Grace Grant did a wonderful job with their narration. Not only are their voices easy to listen to but they did justice to the characters and the story that Ms.Burgoa wove.

Siobhan is managing the Wicked Luna Brewery and has agreed to a no strings attached relationship with her new boss Iskander. I enjoyed the push and pull of their relationship and the chemistry that sizzles between them .

This was a fun, steamy read with characters whose story you cannot help but quickly become invested in. The characters were easy to relate to and I really liked them separately and especially together. I love small town romances and I could easily see myself in Luna Harbor such was the descriptive writing.

I loved how sassy and feisty Siobhan is and although these two as a couple should not work, they do and that just added to my enjoyment. Iskander is determined to keep the walls he has built up in tact and yet there is something about Siobhan that calls to him.
Could Siobhan be the one to finally break through? The chemistry between them was overwhelming and impossible to ignore. Their journey was rocky with so many ups and downs that I felt as though I was on an emotional roller coaster.
A fitting conclusion to a wonderful series.

A wonderful conclusion to the series

I was so excited for this book and it was everything I expected and so much more. I love my visits to Luna Harbor and Iskander and Siobhan’s emotional journey is the perfect addition to this wonderful series.
Grace Grant and Gomez Pugh did a wonderful job bringing this story and the characters to life. They were spot on with all the emotion, the banter and more importantly the chemistry Siobhan and Iskander shared.their voices were easy to listen too and I need to find more books narrated by them.
Siobhan is the manager of the Wicked Luna Brewery and she is in a no strings relationship with the boss Iskander. But fate has decided these two need more than the relationship they both wanted originally and when Siobhan needs help it’s Iskander who comes to the rescue. Truly You is a read with all the feels, i fell hard and fast for Iskander, I adored the strong and sassy Siobhan but it was when they both opened up and showed us some vulnerability that took this book to another level. Their journey was never going to be an easy one and there are plenty of ups and downs in this emotional yet entertaining read, the banter is witty, the chemistry sizzling hot but more importantly this read has characters you bond with and by the end of the book you feel like you are home with true friends. Great read that I highly recommend.

Fun, Touching, Sweet and Steamy Romance!

I loved the quick introduction to Iskander and Siobhan's forbidden work place romance in the first Luna Harbor novella, Maybe It's You, and couldn't wait for more about these intriguing characters. Iskander is back in Luna Harbor to help his grandfather while he is ill, but can't wait to get back to his life in Manhattan. Siobhan moved to Luna Harbor two years ago to have a simpler life, after a devastating breakup, and is managing the Wicked Luna Brewery. They have a random meeting and have instant chemistry. They agree to a night of clandestine passion with no strings and no names. But neither can forget the fiery connection they felt, and want more with each other, even after discovering that Iskander is her new boss. They have explosive chemistry together, but because they both have heartbreaking pasts, they agree to not develop feelings, and there will be an end date. They spend years as friends with fiery benefits, never noticing they were becoming much more. When something scares Iskander, he leaves Siobhan without looking back. When Siobhan also leaves to help her sister, everyone in town is heartbroken. Iskander finally faces his deep feelings for Siobhan and he will do whatever it takes to win her back. But can she risk her heart again, and trust he won't leave her again?
I was totally invested in these wonderfully fun, and flawed characters, and their story hooked me right from the start. Siobhan is so smart, has a big heart and limitless love. Iskander is a bit lost, a little grumpy, but behind his walls he will do whatever he can to care for and protect those he loves. I loved them together, and their chemistry exploded off the page.
I always enjoy Grace Grant's narrations, but this is my first listen to Gomez Pugh and I really enjoyed his performance. They both did an incredible job bringing this heartwarming and sizzling story to life, immersing me in their world, and making this fun, heartfelt, and sizzling romance even more irresistible!

Heartfelt friends to lovers romance!

Truly You by Claudia Burgoa was a heartfelt, emotional love story that captivated my heart from start to finish. Each trip back to Luna Harbor is always filled with heartache and love! Siobhan and Iskander's friends-with-benefits-to-lovers romance did not disappoint!

Grace Grant and Gomez Pugh narrated this audiobook, and both did an amazing job with Claudia's words. In Grace's performance, you could feel Siobhan's hesitancies, vulnerabilities, and passion for her sister, and growing love for Iskander. Gomez Pugh is a new to me narrator, and I enjoyed his portrayal of a doubtful, yet determined and loyal Iskander. Both narrators brought the heat with Siobhan and Iskander's undeniable chemistry!

Overall, I enjoyed this book! If you are a fan of an angsty, emotional friends-to-lovers romance then you will love Siobhan and Iskander's story. I always look forward to more from Claudia Burgoa.

Truly You

Truly You is a classic Claudia Burgoa book. She brings the emotion, heart, and angst with an HEA that wraps up the story well.

The book opened with Siobhan thinking about the wedding she was supposed to have before her fiance broke up with her. Her frustrations and worries were understandable and wondered how she would move forward. It isn't long before you see the chemistry she has with Iskander, though, and how the two of them are well matched. They were interesting to read about and I couldn't wait to see them get an HEA. This is one of my favorites from the Luna Harbor series.

More Luna Harbor Greatness! Amazing Story & Listen

It is great to be back in Claudia Burgoa’s “Luna Harbor” world, one of my favorite places to visit and spend time with some amazing characters, characters that are relatable and easy to connect with. Siobhan came to Luna Harbor with her fiancé Roland Seymour, who she thought was the love of her life, that was until he cheated on her and left her to marry another woman. She stayed in Luna Harbor and continues to manage the Wicked Luna Brewery and sports bar. The owners, Mr. Cantú and Mr. Matthews, are up in Seattle, so they left her running things on her own. Iskander, the oldest of the Cantú siblings, always took it upon himself to look out for his family, maybe he was too responsible, because it left him jaded, not wanting a serious relationship or any children of his own, it is not for him. When his father asks him to help run things in Luna Harbor, he was not happy about that, but his father is dealing with his sick abuelo so how could he say no. Siobhan and Iskander hit it off the moment they met, not knowing or wanting to know who either was, the chemistry between them was smoking hot. And when they find out who they were and that they would work together, they made a deal, a no strings attached relationship, one that went on for three years. But when things get too real, Iskander makes up an excuse and runs far away from Luna Harbor, and so does Siobhan, but she has a good excuse her sister needs her back in Chicago. Iskander’s family is not happy with him, they blame him for Siobhan’s leaving and when he finds out she did not return to Luna Harbor, he tries to find out where she went. He also realizes that he behaved like a jerk and when he finds her, she is not happy to see him again. I loved how everything played out in this beautifully written and plotted story, it has the perfect balance of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Gomez Pugh and Grace Grant were the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life. I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just h0w I pictured them to sound. Pugh’s Iskander was perfection, his character voices were a treat to the ears and Grant was just as amazing with her character voices. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance, making you feel every single one. These two versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.
